Thinking can be very obsessive and create difficult mood states. Awareness is the still silence behind our thinking. Join me for a deeper understanding of these experiences.

Our minds can become still and unaffected by the play of thoughts and emotions just like a lake unaffected by the ripples on the surface.

We all grieve during our lifetime. Nothing we are attached to is permanent. However, when we do not allow ourselves to fully grieve we harden out hearts to life.

When we are experiencing physical pain and discomfort we tend to feel isolated and alone. This only worsens the experience of the discomfort. The Great Heart meditation helps us reconnect to others.

Forgiving ourselves and others is a process, not a one time event. This meditation helps us to continue to bring compassion for ourselves and others into our mind and heart.

A mindful investigation into the false script we run in the background of our mind, and how this "deficiency story" makes us unhappy.
