It is based upon 1 Corinthians 15:8-23 and has three major themes: 1) The resurrection releases the grace of God into our lives -vs. 8-12 - "But by the grace of God I am what I am" – v. 10, 2) The resurrection denied leaves us with no lasting hope - vs. 13-19 - "But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen" – v. 13, 3) The historical resurrection brings hope to all “in Christ” - vs. 20-23 - "But now Christ is risen from the dead" – v. 20
