115: Build Unwavering Confidence with Events and Banish Self Doubt ft Reggie Johnson
With me on the air I have Reggie Johnson, Event Manager and Podcast Host himself, someone who started in events around 2008 doing onsite weddings, corporate events and audio engineering for a studio in Atlanta that hosted live events and concerts. This continued until around 2013 when he left to start a computer business with a partner, while also doing radio in Mississippi. When he came back to Georgia in 2015, he started with a company called Bold Events, which he thought that wasn't going to be a long time position initially, but it was more fun and interesting than anticipated due to the vastly different type of events (normal weddings, wild corporate events, celebrity events that range from influencers to presidents). He launched his Podcast "Reg in ATL" in 2018.
UNIQUE FACTS
I have done all types of events in all types of spaces (ranging from hole in the wall night clubs to celebrities mansions to the state capital)
I have experience running every aspect of events which has made it very easy to deal with all types of clients, vendors and have seen events from several points of view
I started as an audio engineer and was in the IT field before working at Bold Events. These are very different fields but both have served me well in my career running events.

113: Demystifying broadcasting sport events, TD role, cloud tools and fitness on the road ft Michael Lange
With me on the air today I have Michael Lange - a Technical Director, vMix Op, and Broadcast Solution Architect, the owner of Lange Productions, based in Madison, Wisconsin, helping production companies solve live stream challenges by utilizing cloud solutions, with an expertise in live Sports/Entertainment broadcasts.
Michael has been in the broadcast industry for over 13 years, working on commercial production, news production, live sports, and corporate events. He’s also currently providing cloud streaming facilities with AWS, which replaces a traditional remote broadcast truck.
As with many of the event production experts and event specialists you’ve met on previous episodes, I have met Michael on LinkedIn, and have been fan-ing his super helpful and relevant posts to the event productions and broadcasting industry. And while I don’t call myself a broadcaster by any stretch of the imagination, I feel like after hundreds of well-executed virtual events, traditional broadcasting basics have been incredibly helpful and necessary to make these events successful.
Today we’re going to:
demystify the world of Live Sports Broadcasts, how have Covid and the Cloud changed broadcasting events, what does a Technical Director do in a Sports Broadcast, and how does one stay fit and healthy while on the road?---------------

RowlingAnthony was "built" in NY, and has a colorful background of experience & training which allows him to be versatile in his ways to educate, engage & empower people to take action. He is passionate, empathetic, and infectious, and will leave your people feeling energized to take massive action and gifts them strategies to follow through on. During our conversation today, Anthony gives extensive advice to anyone new to Speaking & Storytelling, may that be a Speaker, Presenter, or Emcee. 106: The future is all about photorealism and data visualization ft Amy Gile
Today I have the honor of talking with Amy Gile, CEO of Silverdraft. Entrepreneurship and high-performance graphics technology.
Amy began her career in the media and entertainment industry in multiple aspects of the industry, including actor and producer. 105: The Tinder for #eventprofs is not what you might think it is ft Merijn Van Buuren
With me on the air today I have Merijn van Buuren, founder of Event Mender, on a mission to make the world a better place together 🌐 by developing a tool that takes out all the guesswork for event organizers. We're going to be touching on this tool as well as the importance of finding the right event platform, the future of events in 2023, what it looks like to be bringing the industry together, event tech, monetization, engagement, building a business, and much more.
A few more things about Merijn. Whilst helping physical event professionals embrace virtual events during the pandemic, Merijn realized that evaluating different platforms was taking way too much time and that there must be a better way to do this to help even more event professionals.
