Powering Up and Winding Down
Morning and evening routines are a way to enhance physical and mental wellbeing, improve mood, cultivate a positive mindset and increase productivity. High achievers typically credit daily routines as core to their success. As Richard G. Scott said, “we become what we want to be by consistently being what we want to become each day”. What do you want to be? What can we learn from the daily habits of successful people? And how can we turn our routines into a daily habit?

Rebalance with Sound

This virtual Sound Bath is designed to reset and revitalize your mind and body. The sound of the gong helps to entrain and downshift brainwaves to a restorative state where creativity and insight can arise. Your nervous system will also start to unwind as you listen to the unique tones and allow them to fill your soul. All you have to do is lie down, put on some headphones, close your eyes, and let the sounds carry you away into a state of tranquility deep within. By the end of the session, you'll feel more calm, grounded and at peace.
Set yourself up for maximum enjoyment at home by:
Listening with headphones
Make sure you have a strong internet connection
Find a comfortable spot to relax (lying down or seated)
