Damian is incredibly down to earth & shares his transition from trekking into his first running race, the Bath Half. He’s since developed a strong appetite for adventure.
In December 2018, Damian and Beth Pascall achieved an FKT (Fastest Known Time) during a 230 mile record run in the Scottish Winter. The Cape Wrath Trail is notoriously wild, remote & inhospitable. Prepare to be inspired & enjoy the show!

On today’s show, Ed & Linds dig deep with 400-meter hurdler Georganne Moline. Georganne came fifth for Team USA in the 400-meter Hurdle Event & holds the World Indoor Champion & American Record in the 4x400-meter event -- needless to say, she’s kind of a big deal in the running world!
We talk through topics like Georganne’s experience running at the University of Arizona, her journey to the Olympics & her battle with anxiety on & off the track.
