We're bookending September with episodes because Sept 1 was really our August podcast, so THIS is our REAL Sept show. We apologize for any confusion and this episode bring you: strike updates, what the future may hold for SAG-AFTRA negotiations, movies we've seen lately, and some random background noise caused by TEENS!

As June Gloom ends, a new podcast rises! Todd and Skelton close out the month with a review of what they've seen lately, and an impromptu discussion of multiple Ghostbusters films. As one does in the summertime.

April showers bring May flowers and make one of the Film Pigs sick so Todd and Skelton have to do a Bacon episode. They get into an extended What Have You Seen Lately? followed by a rundown of some of the latest Movie News - including the current Writer's Strike. #WGAstrong

The Film Pigs are happy to report we're ending March with a brand-new indictment-free episode! This time we're tackling two topics: complaining about why movie running times are so long and then complaining about CGI animals. Then we play a game that makes Todd mad even though he made up the game and Falk gives a moving speech about sandwiches.

We're back just in time to end February with our fingers on the pulse - we're talking how the rise of Artificial Intelligence will affect the future of cinema. When an A.I. bot can write, storyboard, build 3-D sets, deepfake actors, and edit movies by itself who needs human artists at all? Will A.I. tech send us down this dystopian road of art no longer being produced by human thought or will it enable new and different kinds of expression for more people? And will the game in this episode upset Todd? Tune in for the answers and "Hold on to your butts!"

The Pigs start 2023 off right with the one thing on everyone's minds: Oscar Fever! Who was nominated? Who will win? Who cares? Plus, our usual roundup of what we've seen lately and an awards-themed game! Bonus metagame of us trying to recover every time Todd's internet drops his stream and we can't hear what he's saying - but you can!

We're sorry we missed last month! We thought No Nut November meant "no nutty, irreverent podcasting"! But we're back to finish out the year with our review of 2022: what we saw, liked, disliked, and were okay with. Plus, a game with truly awful hints - just no help at all. Happy holidays!
