Today, I'm talking about highly sensitive people.

A highly sensitive person or HSP is a person who experiences the world in a more intense way than others, and can be more overwhelmed when it comes to sensory stimuli or when it comes to other people's emotions.

I'm talking about the different ways sensitivities can manifest and things you can do to practice self-care:
