FnT 110: Life by design with Tamara Zoner
In today’s episode, we talk with Tamara Zoner, a speaker, coach, and fellow podcaster, about living a life by design. We often think – and perhaps say – of how tired, unsatisfied, and unfulfilled we are of our life. We might look back on our lives and wonder where all the time went, and why we didn't make the most of it. We might feel like we're not living up to our potential, or that we're not making a meaningful impact on the world around us. If this sounds familiar, then the good news is that it doesn't have to be this way. By intentionally designing our lives, we can create a future that aligns with our values, passions, and goals. With Tamara, we explore the concept of living a life by design, why it's important, and how you can start taking steps towards designing the life of your dreams.

FnT 106: Celebrating our second year together
Today’s episode marks the end of Year 2 of the Forgive and Thrive podcast. So, we have decided to celebrate this milestone by recalling who we have met, what we discussed about with all our guests, oh yes, all 45 of them, and some of the lessons we learned along the way. We recorded almost 50 hours of truly amazing content that I hope have helped some of you in your own life and with whatever challenges you are facing. With this, I’d like to thank, one by one, all my lovely guests for sharing so wholeheartedly with us their life experiences, and challenges, as well as their wins. We appreciate all of you for taking the time to support us in this project. Finally, a big thank you to all our listeners. This show was thought, designed, and created with you in mind, and I hope that you have found it useful, we wouldn’t make sense without you and your support. Thank-you! I count on your support for the year ahead.

FnT 105: Raising healthy boundaries after a sexual trauma with Te' Youngblood
In today’s episode, we talk with Te’ Youngblood, a Trauma Release Guide, Practical Reiki Master, Author, Speaker, Podcaster, and Blogger, on how to raise healthy boundaries. Raising healthy boundaries is a critical aspect for everyone, but even more so after a sexual trauma. There are strong connections between having traumatic experiences, especially of sexual nature, and our ability to raise healthy boundaries. We become more vulnerable to traumatic experiences if we have poor boundaries or worse, we lack them, but also every traumatic experience knocks down the boundaries we have.

FnT 101: Rewrite your subconscious with Judy Kane
In today’s episode, we talk with Judy Kane, a coach and author, about our subconscious. Despite what many of us may think, most of our daily activities, i.e. things we do when awake, are run by our subconscious rather than our conscious mind, in fact scientific studies show that on average 90% of what we do is driven by our belief system, i.e. is related to our subconscious. With this in mind, Judy and I go straight to the point on how we can understand if our belief system is not serving us in achieving our life goals and desires, and most importantly what we can do to rewrite it to turn it into secret weapon to achieve anything we set ourselves to get.

FnT 100: What I learned from publishing 100 episodes
Today’s episode marks an important milestone for the Forgive and Thrive show. We have reached episode 100. As we celebrate this amazing achievement, I want to dive deep in what makes as persist, and move forward like trains on some fronts, and be slobby, or unreliable, or miss the target when it comes to other situations. Hopefully, the outcome is a list of qualities or needs that anybody can relate too and connect to their own achievements and missed targets. Perhaps, looking at your own life, you may have accomplished something remarkable in an area that perhaps on paper might take second place with respect to something else, and yet you are still struggling to make a dent on the latter. If so, what’s your struggle? Let me know, and I’ll bring an expert on the show…

Not only problems and a poor work-life affect us during our working hours, they tend to also impact our personal life and relationships, because no matter how hard we try, it’s really difficult to compartmentalise different areas of our life and avoid problems in one affecting the others.

In today’s episode, we talk with Robbie Swale, a leadership coach, author, and podcaster, about getting unstuck in as little as 12 minutes. Despite that strong desire, very often we fail from moving away from where we are and create what we dreamed of. With Robbie, we analyse what gets and keeps us stuck, and what we can do to overcome all these challenges.

In today’s episode, we talk with Jennifer Henry about life recovery, and how self-discovery can help us moving from an unfulfilling at best, and possibly dangerous life path into rebuilding your life. In today’s episode, we talk with Christina Fletcher, a Spiritual Awareness coach, energy worker, author, speaker, and podcaster, about the Law of Attraction. FnT 089: Someday I will
In today’s episode, as we approach the end of yet another year and prepare to celebrate the arrival of 2023 with rivers of bubbling, we want to reflect on the time that passes, in fact flies away, and on the fact that very often we postpone living our lives thinking that one day we’ll buy the freedom to do what we always wanted to do. But then, for most of us that “one day” slips away, and it never gets closer. Would knowing what people regrets at the end of their lives help us build-up the confidence and courage to step into our life purpose? Starting a new year comes with a full load of hopes, but what if we replace those with true intentions, how would next year and those after that look like?

FnT 088: Countdown to Christmas
In today’s episode, we reflect on the time of the year we are entering. Christmas time is one of the most magical times of the year, but it can also come with lots of stressful commitments, and engagements that while compromising joyful moments and future memories can also affect our mental wellbeing. What are the reasons that create that stress and can leave us more depleted than when we entered the festive season? I reflect on my own past experiences, what worked and what didn’t, but most importantly how I can avoid adding stress to my life and preserve my mental energy in the hope of prompting a similar reflection in you should you feel the need for it. Enjoy, and Merry Christmas.

FnT 087: Menstrual alignment: Your Gateway to Worthiness and Productivity with Christine Quigless
In today’s episode, we talk with Christine Marie Quigless, a Holistic Menstrual Coach, on how women can live in alignment with their internal rhythms rather than fighting against them. For women, the monthly period is at best an inconvenience and often a nuisance, especially during the bleeding phase that can cause pain, suffering and mood swings. And even though it’s one of the most natural things that happen to any woman in the world, we often feel uncomfortable talking about menstruation. Today, we want to talk about it, and discuss with Christine how we can use a variety of holistic methods to diminish and eventually remove symptoms associated with Endometriosis, PMS, and Menstrual Pain, but also how we can exploit the different seasons in our cycle to improve productivity, and what changes to our life need to be implemented to account for it. And if you are in perimenopause or menopause, there will be plenty for you too, because living in alignment with our internal rhythms doesn’t stop with menopause, in fact it's even more important to do.
