In this episode, both Savannah is excited to share in a celebration with her co-host Julie. A close friend of the podcast, codenamed 'Jellyfish' (if you know, you know), had begun to share their feminine persona with a couple close lifelong friends and close neighbors. Each has been met with love, support, acceptance and shares of their own. Each reveal is a testament to the kind side of human nature. With the posting of these successes, Savannah and Julie take a journey to discuss what seven important factors should be considered when wrestling with whether to share one's authenticity with others outside the closest and most intimate circle. In this episode, Savannah is so excited to tell Julie abut her interaction on an Instagram post where a troll tells Savannah she needs to repent, Read the Gospels, and be saved from sin. From that interaction, Savannah decides to think back to episode '5 - Debunking Deuteronomy 22:5' and see what else people who spout one of the 613 Mitzvot should be also adhering to to secure their own places at the right hand of the heavenly Father. Julie and Savannah take a silly and whimsical turn at reviewing other archaic laws, just to prove that a couple dozen sentences about crossdressing in the Bible does not make the act an abomination.

In this episode, Julie asks Savannah how her experience was going to therapy for the first time... as Savannah. Sure, Chuck has been going to therapy for a while now, but this marked the first time the therapist asked Savannah to make an actual "wig to heel" appearance "on the couch". They touch on the actual session experience, the nervousness Savannah felt about showing up for the first time, her concern for receiving validation and acceptance as a serious male-to-female gender diverse individual, and the feelings of being seen and heard in her feminine persona. Julie and Savannah round out the episode for what makes, in their opinion, a good mental heath professional dynamic with the feelings of safety and the ability to be vulnerable being paramount.

In this episode, Julie brings to the mic and to Savannah her frustration about the hundreds of anti-Trans, anti-Drag, and anti-LGBTQIA+ bills currently under review or in committee in almost every legislative state house in the United States. From a handful of bill written up and introduced in 2018 to almost four hundred active bills introduced since then, the attacks on the queer community continues to rage on. Fueled by hate, anger, fear, religious morales, and a distracting attempt by those in power to make it seem like they are being productive and working on behalf of their constituents, each bill needs to be attacked at every level before they chip away at our rights for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

129 - The Best Things About CDs List - Part 1
In this first of a two-part episode, Savannah and Julie take a deep dive into the 'at the thing' cute list of all the great benefits significant ones have when coupled with a male-to-female crossdresser. In this episode, Savannah and Julie tackle a topic they have touched on many times but never dedicated an episode to. During a podcast appearance with Dr. Dan, Savannah was asked a question about how one would see themselves in their sexuality if they had transitioned from man to woman. Would they consider themselves a heterosexual woman after transition if they started dated men, or would they still be homosexual since they were born a biological male? What sparked first as a very interesting podcast guest scenario question became the genesis of this conversation with Savannah and Julie. From differentiating between biology and birth "sex" to the lack of imperative proof that biology is causation for gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientations, Savannah and Juie get deep into it!

In this episode, Julie reads a letter to Savannah from a 14-year-old individual whose parents found out about their crossdressing. As a result, this teenager is afraid to dress again. Savannah and Julie, both having strong feelings on the topic, spend the episode dissecting the short letter, Julie's response, and what it's like to be a teenager struggling with an inherent sense of their own gender diversity. 126 - Savannah Goes To Therapy
In this episode, Savannah reveals to Julie a mind-blowing revelation. During a counseling session, the therapist comments that much of Savannah's current proclivities, life coping skills, and non-confrontational demeanor may have stemmed from a childhood chock full of continued attempts to keep herself safe from emotional harm and invalidation by her parents. Self-preservation is a critical and often-overlooked reason why we continue to exist as a species. Throw in gender diversity in a world that hasn't fully embraced our authenticity and the chance that our parents may withhold their unconditional love from us because we are not fitting into the right 'normal' boxes and you have a ripe recipe full of adulthood triggers and traumas. While those coping mechanisms were internally created to practically protect our younger selves way back then, those tools' relevancy and requirement in our adult lives continuing to shield and protect our inner princess child may have become outdated, dull, and may be hurting as much as it is helping.

124 - No Short Cuts to Your True Self
In this episode, Savannah comes to the table with Julie with a story of detransition. Chris Beck, a United States Navy Seal, who gained public attention in 2013 after coming out as a trans woman (Kristin Beck), announced in 2022 that he would be detransitioning. Upon investigation, Savannah found an article and interview entitled, "Former Navy SEAL Trans Poster Boy Announces DeTransition: 'Transgender Ideology Is Cultish'" on the Christian Broadcast Network online media outlet. After reading the article and watching the first hour of the two-hour interview, Savannah and Julie needed to discuss the topic. While Chris' detransition is an unfortunate one, his claim that all gender-affirming care and 'the system' behind it is cultish becomes the basis of why it is so important to find the right resources, the right information, the right allies, and the most true version of one's self. While there are some kernels of truth in the interview (needing to make sure children are not medically mangled, not relying on the first medical opinion one hears, etc.), the idea that his experience is a cumulative total sum of what all gender expansive care experiences are for every person's specific gender needs is a dangerous position to take.

123 - Don't Be Such a Drag!
In this episode, Julie talks with Savannah about her favorite culture... the drag culture. They discuss RuPaul's Drag Race and how drag in person and in entertainment has gone from the underground to the mainstream of pop culture. From NYC's Lucky Cheng's to 'We're Here", drag and the culture it represents has been int he zeitgeist for at least the last fifty years. And, as it becomes more a part of the social narrative more and more ultra conservative lawmakers have come forward to propose state-level bills banning government funding for Story Hours, set age requirements for drag shows, or ban venue drag performances outright. While some feel our national morality is at stake, the truth is drag performers and the human being under the glitter and foundation are just as valid as everyone else.

117 - Under Outside Influences
In this episode, Savannah and Julie chat about the importance of crossdressng men having a solid validating support system. Sometimes, that takes the form of a loving and supportive partner. Sometimes, the intimate partner cannot or will not take on the role of a validating, guiding, and supportive "girlfriend'. Not the role of an intimate girlfriend or wife, but that of a "girlfriend" or "den mother" who can help you with your fashion and style, be someone to lean on for bravery and confidence, and be one to emphatically chat up about all the adventures you've had. In real life, a crossdressing man's wife or girlfriend cannot fill that role for one of many of their own personal reasons. But, just as women have their own circle of friends they rely on and confide in, male-to-female crossdressers need the same things for themselves in order to enjoy healthy and confidence-building experiences.

114 - Poor Grooming Habits
In this episode, Savannah comes to the pod with a little fire and anger in her belly. Julie has to talk her off the proverbial ledge as they dissect the re-emerging tactic of the use of the word "grooming" as it gets applied to the queer community by conservative or political groups trying to cast aspersions on members of the LGBTQIA+ community through misinformation, suppression of information and resources and equality, and the fanning of the flames of fear mongering against people they already consider require purging. How did the definition of grooming go from being an issue of hygiene to being akin to accusations of pedophilia? And, based on this negative definition of "grooming", Savannah and Julie raise up all sorts of other ways in which the conservative masses could be considered groomers when it comes to indoctrinating each other and their youth with conspiracy theories, misinformation, religious upbringing, and cultural exposure. And, as Savannah points out, she did not have access to the internet, LGBTQ+ studies in school, public pro-pride groups, or drag queen story hours in her youth. Yet, somehow, Savannah still managed to exist.

In this episode, Julie and Savannah chat about one of Savannah's favorite things... the movies! Growing up, many gender diverse folks of the 1970s, 80s, 90s, and the early aughts only found characters similar to themselves on the silver screen. From the crossdressing antics of "Some Like It Hot", "Tootsie", and "Mrs. Doubtfire" to the more serious and irreverent treatments of the gender fluid community with "To Wong Foo...", "Kinky Boots", and "Transamerica", the movies have come a long in their portrayals of the gender fluid experience.
