This is one of our favourite episodes to date! We are joined today by Niall OMurchu - A Wim Hof Method Instructor from Dublin.
Niall has an amazing back story that is fascinating to listen to, he has also been doing great work all around Ireland and the world teaching people about the Wim Hof Method since he became an instructor.
Niall runs many retreats around Ireland that we would highly recommend you checking out, in some fabulous locations like the Cliffs of Moher, he also has a retreat coming up in Claremorris Co Mayo at the end of the summer, which is not too far from us. We are back with another amazing guest on the podcast Professional Boxer & Mayo man Ray Moylette - Ray recently completed a great event for charity when he finished 1000 push ups in just one hour live on Off The Ball radio - raising over 16 grand for Pieta House and HSE Front Line workers in the processes. We wanted to chat to Ray about this amazing challenge and about his career to date.
Ray has recently become a professional boxer, after a decorated amateur career and his story is inspirational and uplifting. Since the podcast has been recorded he also became a daddy so we would like to congratulate ray and his wife sharon on the birth of their baby boy.

Alongside providing private therapy at Treat My Sleep, Dr Halstead is part of the lifespan learning and sleep laboratory at University College of London, Institute of education, developing research programmes in sleep.
