We are 2 allopathic trained PAs who found ourselves caring for everyone else but doing a pretty poor job of taking care of our own health. It wasn't a priority and began to show up physicially and mentally in our relationships and in our ability to cope with stress. By using a holistic approach to our own health problems, we healed from within with the side effects of major weight loss, better skin, more energy and the passion to help others push through excuses, doubts and fear to experience better health than you have in years.
