What's Your Medicine?

What's Your Medicine?

We are at a time when people are asking, "what are my options?" because the old way of doing things isn't working anymore. We are conditioned to think "medicine" in the conventional way, although medicine is all around us, medicine is what lights us up, medicine is is what heals and helps us grow through our mind, our body, our emotions, energies, and more

Nothing Is Absolute!

Nothing Is Absolute!

Probably one of the key "universal principles" to ones health...Nothing Is Absolute This is a mantra I use with my professional clients and my patients to help empower them in their own health, or uncovering blockages in their patients. Tune in while I share examples such as: Their story is not your story A lab test is a view in to uncover something not seen, or confirm something believed to be seen A diagnosis is only to get us to hopefully look in the right direction The body has an inherent ability to heal when we provide it with the right environment A genetic trait or mutation is not a guarantee of disease Pharmacogenomics are only one piece of the puzzle Why you need to know about NNT (number needed to treat) in relation to medical interventions

They say history doesn't repeat itself...well, maybe it gets turned up a notch

Howdy!  I've got some passion flowing in this one folks- let's call it a structured rant! Today some of our countries brightest and bravest physicians were hosted by Senator Johnson for a discussion on U.S. COVID-19 response, and much of what I was writing about in my 2013 book, Whole Pharmacy, in Chapter 4, pg. 33 The Extension of Sick Care- is the same crap that is going on today...but worse. Why worse? More lives are paying the ultimate price- their health and their freedom. In my book I talk about publication bias...drug companies cherry picking on the positive studies and burying the negative studies...we are seeing it with CV Vax In my book I talk about Vioxx- burying data that lead to tens of thousands of heart disease...we are seeing it with CV Vax In my book I talk about agencies recommending Tamiflu while data from phase III trials were never released- EVEN 10 YEARS AFTER APPROVAL`... we are seeing it with the CV Vax Tune in folks! Yours in health and freedom, Rob

Autoimmune Disease, Self Love, and a truly Wholistic Approach

Autoimmune Disease, Self Love, and a truly Wholistic Approach

Hey Folks! For both patients and practitioners, autoimmune disease is the real deal. From Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, hashimotos, and the rest, it seems we keep seeing and hearing more and more.   From a functional point of view, we always look at the foundational elements; diet, gut heath, adrenals, hormonal balance, stress management, nutritional relevancy, nutraceutical supplementation and more. And...with every disease we must recognize that there is often if not always, an emotional element involved.  I look to some of my teachers such as Dr John Sarno, Caroline Myss in this podcast, some of the great psychotherapists of the past such as Alexander, while recognizing the power of lack of loving self, and the works of modern-day motivational coaches such as Mel Robbins (High Five Habit) I also touch upon.  Tune on in as I share with you how Dr Kay Corpus MD and I approach this BEYOND FUNCTIONAL APPROACH, from the foundation, what the labs say, and what could be really going on with the patient, which often just takes a little bit of listening.

Whole Pharmacy Book- Just as...if not more relevant today than when I wrote it 9 years ago

Honestly, I don't know why I buried this book for so long. Shortly after publishing it, I took it down off of Amazon, sold the copies I had in print...and moved on. Click here to claim your copy Until Now These times are clamoring for this book- I pulled it out of the closet last night, dusted it off, and realized...THIS IS AMAZING, and NEEDED! So, I will be creating an updated version, speaking to you from what else we know in 2022- and for now, am offering the PDF of this book for only $5... (which you will then also get the updated e-version for FREE- and a bunch of cool webinars I am putting together) Tune on in to this podcast to discover: Simple steps to reclaiming, gaining, and maintaining your health and vitality The hidden truths about medications and vaccinations that most doctors and pharmacists wont tell you Alternatives and complements to the "modern day diseases" that are destroying your health and stealing your wealth Achieving your ultimate health through lifestyle, natural and mind body medicine ...and a lot more "Liberty is to the collective body, what health is to every individual body. Without health no pleasure can be tasted by man; without liberty, no happiness can be enjoyed by society"- Thomas Jefferson Folks, I believe that in medicine we can choose to reside at the intersection of humanities and science, and there is a bright future ahead for the health, wellness and wealth of our society- but simple shifts in perception and action leading to major change must occur. Our dominant western medical system itself has grown to reside at the intersection of lack of morals and sciences, and has gotten there on the backs of greed, manipulation and strong armed tactics. Claim Your Copy We must decide which intersection to step off from, and which road to travel. Utilizing the great advances of modern day science combined with age old traditions of healing, for the benefit of our nations health and economies. This will require recognizing the reality where the medical system is now, how it got here, and demanding a change from ourselves, patients, health care practitioners, industries and policy makers. COVID Long Hauler is Not Just About COVID

COVID Long Hauler is Not Just About COVID

COVID Long Hauler can present with issues of the heart, breathing, neurological, and more. Truly debilitating for some. While it’s clear that people with certain risk factors (including high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, obesity and other conditions) are more likely to have a serious bout of COVID-19, there isn’t a clear link between these risk factors and long-term problems. In fact, long COVID can happen in people who have mild symptoms. More studies will shed light on why these stubborn health problems persist in some people. They could be due to organ damage, a persistent inflammatory or autoimmune response or another reason. Tune in while we talk about "going beyond the common risk factors" and delve deeper into the functional imbalances.

Maybe its time to get into your body and out of your mind? And...does it matter when you exercise and meditate?

Hey folks! This is kind of a 3 part episode in just  minutes, so enjoy! Get into your body and out of your mind.  The Power of rhythms for rest and repair and performance Does it matter when we exercise and meditate? We are mind and emotions, we are body, we are spirit We must feed our:  -mental and emotional health -our spiritual health -our physical health We must feed and nourish all- it’s a balancing act and if we ignore one for too long, we fall out of balance.  “To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear”. -Buddha We are rhythmic beings, and when we honor certain micro rhythms throughout the day- we can maintain focus, concentration and energy... Recognize how you feel- and adjust what you do, when you exercise, when you meditate around that- for ultimate presence and being

Lets face it...while we have the same genetic recipe that we did 160,000 years ago, tho life is soooo different. In fact, for the amount of time we have been walking this planet, walking in these genes, we have only been in this modern day living environment for less than a percentage of 1 % of the time...and this is why its important for our health and well being to incorporate strategies that are aligned with our genetic recipe, to allow the good genes to switch on, and keep the bad genes switched off. About Me

About Me

Now that I am teaching continuing education classes to hundreds o pharmacists at a time...I have been getting a lot of the same question..."how did you get where you are? what classes or certifications should I take?" etc etc And these are all excellent questions...and there is no one right answer. Where ever you may be in your career, sit back, grab a drink (tea is fine too)- and see if there are any symbiotic undertones to your path- or - maybe find some insight to what lies ahead for you.
