GAC Radio is back once again! This summer campers are learning about the amazing culture and art of India. Tune in to hear what we learned, listen to some stories, and play some quiz shows.

Season 2, Ep. 7 "Raining Gemstones of Friendship"
What is your birthstone? Are you a good friend?
Campers retell the Mayan folk tale "The Boy who Cried Jade Tears" then tell stories, interviews, and debates about gemstones, Mexico, and friendship.

Season 2, Ep. X "Lost Tapes"
This episode includes recovered recorded segments from the week of June 28th. Due to technical difficulties (water+computer) they were previously thought lost and have just recently been recovered!
Campers discuss their favorite passions, hobbies, and past times.

Season 2, Ep. 6 "Super Powered Jealous Communities"
Inspired by the story of Tangu Yuh, campers debate, discuss, and interview each other about goddesses, super powers, communities, and jealousy.

Season 2, Ep. 5 "Royal Family Promises"
Have you ever broken a promise? What about a royal promise? Enjoy Princes, Princesses and family and pet stories and a silly smattering of fake advertisements.
The story of the week is "Blanca Flor" a Mexican folk tale about keeping your promises. Inspired by the story, campers ages 5 to 13 tell true stories, write fictional tales, interview each other, and engage in civil debates.

Recorded at summer camp the week of July 8th through 13th with over 100 youth participants ages 4 to 13. All interviews, essays, songs, and poems were written by youth.
GAC Radio is inspired by Radyo Timoun, a radio station in Haiti run by young activists, ages 8 to 18.
