Ghazzy isn’t expecting his first born until early next year, so this episode focuses on him as a person, a streamer and his thoughts on becoming a father. Ghazzy has a great roll with the punches mindset with the main goal to do more for his kids then his parents did for him, which is all we can ever hope for our kids. We hope to do a follow up podcast next year after he has his daughter to discuss how it went, tips/tricks, etc

Ep32 - Work Ethic & The Ziz Effect w/ Zizaran
Today we are talking with Zizaran, who is a 33-year-old streamer who is a pillar to the Path of Exile Community.
With a growing team and community under him and still working 500 hours a month he is a man with a work ethic most should envy and learn from, and if that doesn’t work the ziz effect will.
He learned English from playing games and a dictionary. He has been streaming for 6 years now and he is one of the best resources in the POE community whether you are new or a veteran player.
Whether it is POE university right to being the mind and the engine behind the POE Gauntlet, the most successful event in POE.
Ziz is a father of a 3 month old boy with his wife Helena and cat Loki that frequent make appearances on his channel.

Today we are talking with GaProgMan, who is a father of 3 from Leeds England
He is a host and producer of 5 podcasts and runs his own company that does custom software development and podcast editing and consultation. I will put these details in the show notes
He is a patient gamer that normally plays games well after they are released to get them at a discounted price but he also always plays games in sequential order.
We talk about the old school experience of gaming with no spoilers and having to talk to kids at school on how to beat the game or buy the strategy guides vs YouTube guides of the current generation.
We also talk about if getting that experience is ever possible again. Even with blind drop games, content creators will have videos and spoilers up well before the public could have that same blind experience.
The Episode ends at the 1h 8 minute mark, following that he gives some good advise on podcasting for about 15 minutes and multiple tangents following this
