Thomas O'Connell (LinkedIn Profile) is the Founder and CEO of Moby, a recent entrant into the Dublin bike sharing market and holder of the second of just 2 licenses issued to operate in that market.  A serial entrepreneur Thomas has spent his career focussed on the 'wheeled good'.  He started a highly successful distribution business with the 'KMX kart' - a recumbent trike that quickly became a global best seller earning him the award of 'Distributor of the Year' from Toys 'R' Us along with distribution terms to supply Halfords, Argos and Tesco.

After the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 Thomas had to start again, opting to take his knowledge of distribution and apply it to the design and manufacturing off his own product - the now world famous 'Y-bike' for teaching kids bike balance.  He eventually merged his business with the business that manufacturers the Flicker bikes and Yvolution was formed - 'Born in Dublin, Raised in California'

Chungha Cha is the co-Founder of Re-Imagining Cities Foundation and a smart cities advisor to Lake View Community Partners who have embarked on an ambitious development scheme in Toronto, Canada.  During this conversation Chungha refers to Edge Technologies and some of their buildings in Amsterdam - their first building The Edge and Edge Olympic.  Gavin refers to the Bloomberg HQ in London.  Chungha refers to the Renewable Energy Bill in Washington DC and New York City Climate Mobilization Act.  Towards the end of the discussion Chungha refers to a number of PropTech solutions introduced to him by Wouter Truffino, they are Basking, Lone Rooftop, Spaceti

This episode differs from the earlier ones insofar as it is an interview with London-based architect Jerry Tate of Tate Harmer Architects.  During this interview Jerry refers to the Eden Project by Grimshaw Architects and his time working with Nicholas Grimshaw.  Jerry refers to the television show Grand Designs and his book recommendation Creative Inc. by Ed. Catmull and Small is Beautiful by EF Schumacher.
