I think it's important that we stop trying to take on the responsibility of managing others' boundaries when it's hard enough to manage our own. Not only will it reduce your stress, but it will also allow you to accept help. On the flip side, you can use that energy to enforce the boundaries that you have set and handle folks accordingly, when needed.

Young, Black & Navigating Corporate Spaces
2020 was a difficult year for A LOT of people. While adapting to a Stay At Home life, we also had to watch as racial inequality and injustice spiked tension across the country. I don't know about you, but having to live and feel that AND navigate the corporate world at the same time was no easy feat as a Young, Black Professional...To be honest, I'm not too sure it is now! Join a few of my friends & I as we discuss our experiences and how they've changed since the summer of 2020.
