Originally from Panama City, Mary Middlemas has taught reading and composition for over 30 years. After a 25 year tenure at Georgia Perimeter College, Professor Middlemas is back at Gulf Coast. She served as Writing and Reading Lab Supervisor from 2018-2021 and is currently teaching Developmental Writing. This episode, recorded on October 13, 2021, focuses on the challenges and triumphs the last few years have presented and how the GCSC Writing and Reading Lab has risen to those challenges.
