For me, I focus a lot on working and providing value to the customer, but I have not thought about or dedicated enough time to build my business as my investment. Dennis Bruders is the Product Manager of Cleaning Products at Legend Brands. Dennis and I have been trying to meet up since I moved to Washington and it has finally happened! I arrived at Legend Brand headquarters in Burlington around 9am and Dennis gave me a tour. He showed me the factory, we looked at product assembly lines, toured the new warehouse and watched the speed lift in use, saw the new injection mold machine, toured the flood house, got to demo new equipment and software and more. After the tour we got lunch, then went back to Dennis's house to relax with a beer and record a podcast. It was a great day!

I was happy to have Andrew back on the podcast, this time to talk more about Golkin Enterprises and the war in Ukraine. Andrew has family that live in Ukraine and he has first hand knowledge of what is happening to the people there. We also talk about peer groups, company acquisitions, team members, scalability and more. I had a great time talking with Andrew and appreciate his willingness to share what is happening in Ukraine.

Barry Wilson is the VP of Aramsco Restoration Rentals. He is a Certified Restorer and an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist that started in the restoration industry in 1999. Barry was the Vice President of Midwest Rental Service and was key in growing that company until it was acquired by Aramsco in 2017. I was able to meet up with Barry at his office in Indianapolis and talk with him about his background, growing Midwest Rental, the acquisition, some large projects and saving squirrels.
