GCP Ep. 50 Storytime: How I Gained Control of Anxiety
Ravin shares her story about how she has been able to cope with anxiety and her battle with depression.

GCP Ep. 49 Why You Should Stop Caring About People's Opinion
Too many of us live an inauthentic life. We spend too much time caring what other people think of us and not enough time really living our own lives. The source of these opinions is often toxic. I want to discuss with you why you should stop caring about people's opinions, and ways to get rid of this unhealthy habit.

GCP Ep. 48 Busy is NOT Productive
If you're feeling overwhelmed, and stressed out, and like you just don't have enough time in your day, and it seems like every minute of the day is being hijacked by something that's undesirable or unwanted, You're not alone. Lots of us feel this way pretty often. And when we look at our productivity levels, it can make us feel even worse. We should be producing more than what we are right now, but we're not.
So today I'm going to talk about a framework called the Eisenhower matrix that is designed to help organize tasks based on their importance and urgency. I'll take you through how to evaluate all the little things that are shooting at you every day, and how to pick out what should be your focus and what shouldn't matter as much as other things.

GCP Ep. 46 Your Perfectionism is Destroying Your Happiness, Here's how to fix it
Perfectionism is the culprit behind why you give up before you even start. It's the reason that the big and shiny things seem so attractive, but you never get around to doing them. Why it seems like everyone else is happier, more successful, and better than you even though that is not true. But it doesn't have to be this way! In this video, I tell my story about perfectionism and how I learned to let go of my desire for everything to be "just so" and learned to accept imperfections. I talk about why perfectionism hurts our creativity, how it can ruin relationships, how it can ruin our ability to achieve happiness in work, life, friends and family..and ultimately why we should learn to embrace our imperfections

GCP Ep. 45 Overcoming Self-Sabotage
5 Tips for Overcoming Self-Sabotage
We're all human. We all have moments where we just don't feel like doing anything at all, even if it's something we love. In this episode, we'll help you find the motivation to get back to work and stay productive!

GCP Ep. 44 Overcoming Disappointment
In this episode, I talk about ways to deal with disappointment in our day to day lives and decide how to look at the situation rationally. I also go into the law of attraction and how that applies to daily life and executing our dreams. This is a lesson I had to learn, and I hope my video helps you.

GCP Ep. 43 Meet the High-Value Woman
A woman's true value is not determined by her age, her looks, or even her success in the dating scene. But rather, it's determined by the decisions she makes. The habits she has. The traits she displays. In this video, I explore what it means to be a high-value woman and I talk about 7 specific traits and habits of highly successful women.

GCP Ep. 42 Raising Your Vibration
Raising vibrations is one of the easiest, most effective ways to improve your life. I got into this new habit a few months ago, and my life has improved tenfold. If you are having an issue with anything in your life, raising your vibrations and focusing on the positive side of your current situation is the master key to moving forward. Meditation and healthy living are so very important. Focus on being positive and working towards your goals, rather than dwelling in the negative as most people do. We can all be better than we've been today, let's get going!

GCP Ep. 41: Starting Over
Have you ever wanted to start over? To do things differently in your life? We can't go back in time, but we can always go forward. So many opportunities are ahead of us if we just have the right perspective.
At times we're forced to but quite often we get so wrapped up in the daily rush of life that we forget to stop and think about the direction of our lives. In today's episode, I want to challenge you to think about what you can do to start where you are (which is always a good place), and look at how you can move forward into what God has for your future with these 5 Steps for starting over

GCP Ep. 40 What's Cooking With Kay
Today I have the pleasure of interviewing food blogger and Youtuber, Kay who runs her own website and YouTube channel called Made By Kay Kitchen, a blog and Instagram feed dedicated to delicious, nourishing recipes, food photography and community. Kay and I talk candidly about her personal wellness journeys, and what keeps her inspired.

GCP Ep. 39 Believe in Believing
Change the way you think about life, and your experience of it will change. In this episode host, Ravin Joseph highlights the importance of being mindful about what we believe about ourselves and others and how it creates our reality.

GCP Ep. 38 Take Back Your Power With Vulnerability
Being vulnerable means deciding that it is ok to show the real you. In a society where people mask their feelings, hide behind false fronts, and pretend that they are happy all the time, this can be a very difficult decision. People want to appear strong, self-sufficient, and in control of a situation.
Being vulnerable does not make you weak, it makes you powerful. We all have access to it if we choose to utilize it. If we do it can lead up to a life of fulfillment and success.
Host Ravin Joseph shares her experience of how becoming vulnerable has transformed her life.

GCP Ep. 37: The Journey to Unbecoming: Breaking Generational Curses
Is there something that burdens your heart? Something that's been passed down within your family for generations? Maybe it's not a tangible thing or maybe it is. Maybe it runs deeper than the roots of your DNA. It's an invisible weight that doesn't show up on the scale, but once had a seat at your parents' dinner table as it was being shaped and molded into the person you are today.
We don't have to fear the things that have plagued our family for generations if we're willing to take them by the horns and truly confront them head on. It's time for us - as black people to unbecome what we've been taught to be when we were young. I'm talking about becoming unbound from mental, spiritual, and emotional bondage - the kind of bondage that we can't tangibly see or feel because it's entering our bodies and minds through our environment and energy system.
In this episode, Ravin Joseph she sheds light on the generational lie that has had a hold on the African American community for generations and what can be done to change the narrative.
