The Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program is an internationally recognized, model program created in 1983 by the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Unified School District. The Lancaster Police Department D.A.R.E. program has been in existence since the early 1990's.  Recognizing the important contribution made by the D.A.R.E. program in our local schools, Buckeye Automotive has been a supporter of both the Lancaster and Hilliard D.A.R.E. programs for many years.  Learn more about the impact made by D.A.R.E. through the stories of Lancaster Police Department Officer Jim Marshall.
