Well if you thought we were coming more together as a country, think again. More capitalism, more competitiveness, more jealousy, and of course, more racism! After 45 years of Affirmative Action being used in college admissions, the Supreme Court have now decided otherwise as of June 29, 2023.

In a 6-3 decision, they ruled in favor of the plaintiffs that this law is discriminatory to Whites and Asians. So at schools that were predominately Anglo Saxon for 100s of years... during the 45 years when a few Browns and Blacks were able to get accepted... Now it's unfair to the middle and upper class applicants. LOL, got it.

GhiaLogic believes that all of this is a social construct. Stop trying to fit into places that clearly do not want you to be there. These schools did not even admit women for the longest. Don't follow the masses. See the bigger picture.... #GhiaLogic

From the debris on the road, to the weather, to the merging, and downright lack of courtesy!!! There is no city in America worse than Houston, Texas when it comes to driving. Why does this city have the worst traffic? We have freeways with 6 and 7 lanes! The interstate i10 runs straight through the city. & fun fact if you did not know, the largest freeway in the country is i10. It runs from Santa Monica, California to Jacksonville, Florida.

You think LA and Atlanta have worse traffic? HAH! Think again. GhiaLogic honestly and truly believes the reason the traffic is so bad in HTX is the lack of courtesy. If everyone was a bit more calm, empathetic, and patient... the tension would not be so high! Every time you get behind the wheel here, it is like a game of Mario Kart. This is why car insurance is so high!

Now more than ever it seems as if Americans truly don't care about primary and secondary schooling. GhiaLogic understands that Community College, Trade Schools, and/or Apprenticeships aren't for everyone! But we could at least give our best 1st through 12th grade!

Students are fighting and macing teachers. Skipping school completely and racking up an insane amount of absences early on. Parents don't care that their children are acting up in class. When the teacher tries to put them in the loop about their child's actions, they do nothing. They take no accountability.

Since the Columbine Shooting, over 352,000 students have experienced gun violence at school!!! That is absolutely unbelievable. & our politicians wonder why China is such a strong, powerful country. Ummmm well for one their students would never shoot up a school like what?

First and foremost, the average price of a car for sale is currently $47,000. C R A Z Y ! LOL life is literally forcing us to boss up. Therefore causing a squeeze on the middle class. We have LLCs and S Corps purchasing single family residencies. Eggs are $6. Americans have hella consumer debt, the most ever. America is making it very hard for the middle class to survive!

Nowadays, people are so quick to find imperfections with you. No one is truly listening to what you are saying. They are just ready to react. Ready to respond. Everyone lacks comprehension skills! But one thing about it, people can not take away your achievements.

Just because people use curse words or slang does not make them less than. Living in the South shows you how poorly people with accents get treated. Whewwww our community is in an uproar currently! When the news first dropped that Deion Sanders was potentially leaving JSU, GhiaLogic was confused as well. Many questions arose but the answers helped clear up many things. As a community, we move a lot based off of emotion. Deion Sanders decision to leave the SWAC was probably a hard one that he pondered on for a minute. We do not know everything he experienced in those three seasons in Mississippi!

Let's be quick to uplift and stand behind out Black leaders just as quick as we are to call them out. Let's show a little grace. This man helped Jackson State University land a primetime spot on ESPN. He helped them get new training facilities and Under Armour deals! He has accomplished so much for that school, the football program, the SWAC, and HBCUs in general. Let's be positive that he will be replaced with another strong leader.

There are many angles to this story. GhiaLogic empathizes with everyone's opinion. But let's not expect him to be the absolute savior of HBCU Sports!

On Sunday November 20th, the New Rory N Mal podcast had a show in Houston Texas! Of course GhiaLogic had to pull up and see her favorite podcast at the Houston Improv. Rest in Paradise to Takeoff, a third of the Hip Hop group Migos. He was killed in Houston, Texas early in the morning of November 1st. Someone has to lay down for this or sit behind those bars for this one. As a culture, we can not condemn this. We can not let his death go unjustified. Is Mob Ties to blame?

Also in this episode Ye and his recent statements about George Floyd and Jewish leaders were covered. Kyrie Irving's indefinite NBA suspension is covered. So of course GhiaLogic had to share her thoughts on Lebron James not standing in solidarity with Kyrie Irving. Should he just retire? Or should he apologize again and ball out. Remember last NBA Season he sat out a majority of the Brooklyn Nets' home games because he did not get vaccinated...

Another vulnerable episode by GhiaLogic. Giving you real life examples of her experiences. She has had to realize that she is not everyone's cup of tea. She intimidates most. She holds people accountable who don't even hold themselves accountable. Being an only child, being a Capricorn, having lived in numerous states, these are all reasons of why GhiaLogic may be unrelatable. 

But to others she is irresistible . She is intelligent, confident, resilient. Men and women, understand that everyone is not for you. Everyone will not be a fan. Everyone will not support. You know GhiaLogic Had to give her two cents on this controversial video circulating on social media. So the mother of a child is recording the father of a child as he tries to drop off a happy meal to the child they share together. The mother let's us know in the video that she has three other children in the home that are hungry. She states that she does not receive food stamps until the 7th of the month...

The father says that he is not obligated to feed the other 3 children that are not his. She says the father is being insensitive and she does not want to give the child they share together the food because the other children may get jealous since they will still be hungry. He gives many options for how the child could eat the meal without the other kids being around like letting the child come outside and eat it or go in another room. Again, the mother declines...

So who is right in this situation, the Baby Mother or the Baby Father?!
