5. Police Brutality and the Tragedy of Caro Louise Ndialle
Caro Louise Ndialle, a 5 year old girl on her way to school, was shot to death by a gendarme officer in Buea on October 14th, 2021. Cameroonian filmmaker Anurin Nwunembom provides insight on how that day unfolded and what motivated citizens to lynch the officer as the Anglophone Crisis reaches its fifth year.

Ndo Cater is a journalist who in spite of claiming neutrality, was accused of being a traitor by both the military and separatists. After being subjected to torture for his efforts to help civilians, he received death threats and was ordered to leave his home.

3. God, I'm At Your Mercy. Rescue Me.
Mrs. Akuphe Christiana Yah, a respected educator, high priestess and leader in her community, was abducted by militant Separatists in the North West Province of Cameroon and held captive for over 2 months. Though she lived to tell the story of the horrors she experienced in the heat of the Anglophone Crisis, she's bound to deal with the trauma from the ordeal for the rest of her life.

Kwah Ignatius Mboye, a teacher in Ako in the North West Province of Cameroon, shares the story of a close encounter with militant Separatists. After months of enduring harassment and blackmail, he eventually fled to Nigeria when it became apparent that his life was in danger. His is one among countless stories of the terror experienced during the Anglophone Crisis.
