Take a look for yourself. Here is a bit of what the book has for its readers. Life is not easy and sometimes having a guide helps make the difficult times a little bit easier to decipher and get through. (04:10s) The art of #manifestation there is a formula that was created to get where we are at now in our lives. This short read helps give guidance on the everyday barriers of life. (05:30s) Don Dinero has been working on this book since 2011. Being on tour with Add Ventures Music. Made his sit back and ask the question "How many Nos is it going to take before you quit? or How many Nos will it take to get a "Yes"? (08:35s) The Formula is a book that is designed to get through everyday life. It helps you decide what paths to take. Trying to decide what decisions are best, The Formula was created to help with the day-to-day chaos. The 16 Lessons are a small, condensed version of what he has learned throughout life. This book helps you make sense of the things that sometimes don't make sense sometimes. (14:55s) The first seven years are the most important years or life. These are the years that are spent teaching you the #fundamentals and foundation in life. This is not a religious guide it is a #spiritual #mindset that can be taken on by anyone. You don't have to be a part of a #religion to practice these 16 #life #lessons. You must always be seeking knowledge; love each other unconditionally how do you apply this to your life. When you gain knowledge on something the best thing you can do is #practice passing the knowledge on to the next person helping prepare them for their #journey. These lessons when applied is used to be your wise elder in your life. These lessons when applied in life has been done with discipline. This book helps you use the lessons to be disciplined and fearless. So fearless you cannot allow fear of failure to get in the way of what you want to accomplish in your life. You must pay #attention to helping others the most #important part of paying it #forward in life. Make note when you feel you are missing something and force yourself into a situation. Could be the reason why you should not be outside. If you keep trying to get somewhere and cannot; it is meant for you not to go, you are supposed to be there. How does it affect you and your vibe? No one considerably thinks about what really comes with being followed by the "Paparazzi" it can be a good and bad thing all at the same times. Many times we have seen the affects of what a photo, a post or video is released. What the effects of the release is seen, handled and distributed across all different forms of media and social media platforms.  

The most disturbing about the affects of the Paparazzi is the fact the can take a 30 second video of you minding your business and it could change your life. Depending on the outcome you were looking for. For those don't know it is called clout chasing. People who live to be in the eye of the media so they can feel relevant. The price and consequence never goes away once out on the internet there is no telling what will happen from that point. I guess hope for the best. Some have been lucky enough to sue and win, others have used celebrities to make a life long living.

It doesn't necessarily say that they are all bad there are some documented moments in history that we all have seen and experienced. We now call some of those photos some of our most memorable moments in time and history.

Looking back into when the internet was introduced to us back in the late 80's and were surprised about this great new innovative idea. Just like most things the movies always introduced us to the mainframe computers with a room full of computer component parts that was created as a brain back then.   

Moving things fast forward to the present we are now presented with the same new innovative idea now brought the level that they have been intending this whole time. We can pretend we didn't see this coming. It's here..! Do you remember when you wished there was a way to use your voice to do what need to do without actually doing it yourself. Welcomes interactive devices like Alexa Voice, Google Voice, Siri on your IPhone, down to using your voice to drive your car adding the Tesla self driving car.  What is Artificial Intelligence?   Computer systems designed to emulate human intelligence are at the forefront of technology. These systems enable tasks such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making and language translation. This field of study is known as artificial intelligence (AI).  

The idea of Artificial Intelligence was thought of years ago. It is only recently that they have decided to do the full push towards the consumers. Chris Gotti and Don Dinero sit down to talk about how artificial intelligence is actively here now and the presence of it having been around all along.  Using Artificial Intelligence   They begin by talking to an artificial intelligence Open.AI to challenge the system some questions. Today it is all about Andre Tate. For those of you who do not know. Andrew Tate has predicted his own arrest. Who is Andrew Tate? is a British kickboxer, businessman and social media personality. He is known for his controversial statements and actions on social media, as well as his success as a professional kickboxer. Not just predicted his arrest but actually how the process is going to happen.  He has also been involved in various business ventures, including a company that sells training programs for aspiring kickboxers. But also not mention he has Hustlers University provides some guidance for those who were interested on how he invested his time with his female companions and other business ventures.

Due to his outwardly behavior it has gained him some special attention in social media lately.  Andrew may have ruffled a few feathers with the way he has been so outspoken about how he feels on several subjects on being the way he makes a living with Hustlers University. Which has gained the attention of "The Matrix" Why is it called that? Well in the times of social media and journalism; the internet has allowed people to be more visible but also much more verbal than they have been in the past. But also has built a social construct. Of the "Ones" who have the power to help you lose your popularity by posting or talking about you so bad you lose what ever status you have created for yourself.  With that being said Andrew, may have said a little too much to the wrong person Greta Thunburg.

He can be found explaining his outcome based off of a conversation that did not go over quite well. In this episode Chris Gotti and Don Dinero discuss what is going on with Andrew Tate? Is there such thing as a Matrix? Did he really sell anarchy? Did he really create a cult? if so where is his cult support? If you ask Chris Gotti he states that JPrince has the Best Hip Hop Independent Record Label, Chris Gotti does go on to say that Cash Money is the Best Hip Hop Record label coming the former owner of Murder Inc Records. JPrince also shares how he feels about these labels as well. No Limit Records, Tony Draper Swisha House, Cash Money Records some labels that have come along way.  Music is how it began for J Prince but boxing was something that he always wanted to do. The music business pulled him in that direction for awhile. 

While under federal investigation he decided to diversify his portfolio. He took this time and put it into developing his love of boxing. As a new distraction he was able to pursue boxing in another way. J Prince built a boxing gym and recreation center in his community like he wished he had a as young man.

In this episode of Givin Them The Business was shot on the road while on the "OWN IT!" tour that started in Virginia travelling then to Charlotte, Orlando, Miami, Cleveland, and the DMV. Where we were holding seminars and showcases to find the talent hidden in those places no one likes to visit. DMV was the last stop so Chris Gotti wanted to stop by and chop it up with Shooter Rob to support his brand Shooters; where he has been in business for over 25 years.  Chris Gotti decided to set up and shoot a podcast and share his conversation with his audience. The one thing that we try to do here on Givin Them The Business, is try to influence our community by showing them that there are so many different ways to find a way out. The Shooters brand is a community brand that has solely supported by the local customers in the area first.   

You don't have to go to college. Chris Gotti is an innovator of his time and is always looking for a way to share his knowledge of business with the community to help educate the culture. Shooter Rob has been in business for 25 years. "We do to clothing what New York does to music" quote by Shooter Rob. What he means by that is the DMV area is known to many different clothing designers who have become successful.  Shooters brand has a plan to have to start Shooters Life program to help the community get a chance to learn how to grow a brand and or business. Life Skills is a major part of what our community needs to get back on their feet. We need support those that support your brand. Giving back is not just about giving money. You can teach someone how to grow a brand, life skills and all the intricate parts that come with it.

Givin Them The Business is a podcast that was designed to support the culture and community. By providing information and education on topics that would not normally been spoken about or brought up as a topic of conversation. Disclaimer: The commentary in this episode is not meant to offend or defame anyone or any culture. This is just a conversation based on current events in the media and television today. We are clearly looking for some clarity on the issues happening in real time.  

The host Chris Gotti Lorenzo former of Murder Inc Records and CEO of Add Ventures Music; along with co-host Don Dinero, Latin Artist, Head of Add Ventures Music Latin Division. This week's conversation is going to touch on what Kanye West and Kyrie Irving have been put through in the social media and the community. Lately there has been so much being said about what Kanye West was saying about Adidas; his statement that were stealing his creative idea to benefit off of and making a version of his sneaker the "Yeezy's."  The comments Kanye was making about what they did to him and his designs were not fair and he felt he was being robbed by Adidas for creating their own version on the "Yeezy's." This disagreement among Adidas and Kanye West is only one of the recent media coverage. Kanye has been making statements in regards to Jewish community.

These statements have caused certain communities to feel the need to take a stand what comments were made. The statements are now stated to be "anti-semitic;" the way people are viewing how Kanye West commentary very harsh. Kanye has been in the media lately over what antics that he has been doing. It is nothing more then to bring awareness to certain issues that are going on in our community.  Unfortunately that comment about George Floyd upset the black community but because the black community has no power in comparison to what the Jewish community has all over the world. Kanye West was trying to get people to see the differences in how we are viewed in America, in the world.  How a whole culture can control what happens around you so vast. Vast meaning "to a great extent." Kanye is really just trying to express himself by helping educate the nation on what he is experiencing real time. How much control one community can have over the world and its influence.

This just leads onto what media and Jewish community is appalled by the statements made by Kyrie Irving over a movie he watched that touched in a way that he made some comments on his Twitter. Which has now cost some rifts in his world. Kyrie has now been suspended from the NBA team the Nets due to the anti-semitic comments he was allegedly accused of saying. Which has now cost him time on bench which means no game time. Kyrie also looses his 300 million dollar endorsement deal. For this exact same reason. But I ask he meant no harm as to say I watched this movie and it touched me so much I feel I need to share what I have learned with the world. To only have the world turn against him. Kyrie Irving intentions was not to offend a whole culture as he lives a life of those intricacies every day as a Black Man. He was clearly stating how the movie made him feel and what resignate with him. Is this a crime I ask? Please take the time to listen carefully do your own research on it. So you can make a clear and concise decision the communities we live in deserve to have your honest opinions.

Fear of being a new parent, Fear of starting a new venture, the government using Fear control the citizens with laws that restrict their behaviors called “Laws”, starting a new busines, or even moving to new place starting over, the list where fear lives in so many different scenarios of Life.

What is it about fear that is so paralyzing that the one blessing you looked walked into your path and you missed out on it because of fear. A relationship that you have been maybe trying to keep or not. It is really based on the power we give fear in any situation. 

While Chris Gotti and Don Dinero talk about the challenges fear causes in some situations are imperative. It can be a make you or break you scenario where you are left feeling there no other alternatives but. There are always other cards to play, moves to make.

There has been plenty of things that we witnessed come and go that has really caused us to look deeper in to our surroundings to help us to discover the best possible outcome.

In this episode Chris Gotti sits down with Don Dinero one of the first Latin artist to get Latin Hip Hop played on Hispanic Tropical Radio. Don Dinero made his mark as Latin Hip Hop artist that could speak both English and Spanish. Don Dinero talks to Chris Gotti about the MTV Music Awards winner Puerto Rican Bad Bunny. Bad Bunny how he has started a trend in Latin Music Industry by coming in and blowing everyone away. Bad Bunny was the first Latin artist to win Artist of the Year since the categories were changed in 2017 from Male Artist and Female Artist of the Year.  

Bad Bunny being the first Puerto Rican Spanish speaking only Latin artist to win the MTV Artist of the Year is a huge accomplishment for someone who just came into the industry in 2016. He has worked hard on his image and on his music shows it. Bad Bunny is more than just his music to his  fans. He loves his fans and make sure to support them through his music. By translating their emotions with his music. 

Like dedicating one of his songs to a transgender fan that was that had died. As he is evolving as an artist and as person by being able to express himself with whom ever and how ever he chooses to. He is open to live his life as free as he wants. It is not just the award but the fact that Bad Bunny is Latin Hip Hop artist that has opened the ears of many with his music.   Bad Bunny has English only speaking people singing and dancing his music. Knowing that he only caters to the Latin community.   

On English Speaking only radio HOT 97 Funk Master Flex has paid a tribute a time or two, Late Night TV shows like Jimmie Kimmel. Bad Bunny has crossed over into same different lanes in so many different markets

Topic: Edward "Big Wack" Hawkins turns him time incarcerated with a vision to rehab his community  

In this episode of Givin Them The Business with host Chris Gotti Lorenzo former VP of Murder Inc., also CEO of Add Ventures Music; is location in Las Vegas as co-host Don Dinero is on his promotional tour for his book new "The Formula or La Formula" available in English and Spanish. (04:02s) Growing up in Compton Big Wack was exposed to gang life as part of growing up. You learned to live in your environment going to a all "crypt" school having to fight almost everyday afterschool.   

Chris Gotti and Big Wack Hawkins sit down to discuss what he has been doing since he has been home. Edward "Big Wack" Hawkins after almost 30 years down, he came back to his #community. He now has a #non-profit organization called "A Helping Hand Recovery" as well as primary consulting with "New Life Global Development' assisting the #homeless find solutions for those who are homeless with an #addiction and or #alcholism. As Chris Gotti and Big Wack go through the conversation it will explain in detail where the journey started for him. It doesn't end with rehabilitation it is on part of what it is Mr Hawkins is doing for his community. (27:15s) He also owns his own facility "Path to Recovery", Life Coach, Alcohol/Drug Counselor. MBM Muzik Group providing the youth an outlet for expressing their artistic talents.  

As you read you say to yourself Edward Hawkins has a lot going on. Not really in the sense because he has spent time #incarcerated and was putting together his plan to come home to help his suffering community. Majority of the time our communities are looked over when comes to rehabilitation. Our culture suffers from severe addictions issues. Parents that raise children while being addicted, and or giving birth while addicted (now the child is born an addict as well.)  This a plague for our community Big Wack is taking every opportunity that he can to look out for those that are homeless, others are suffering from #addiction to drugs and #alcoholism.  if you have ever had someone you know or a family member that had an addiction problem. You also understand you were affected by this too.  

 (07:45s) In words of DJ Quik "There is a lot of places that look like #Compton", Grandfather told me when I was younger "You are going to run into the same person over and over again your lifetime"  

(8:51s) After being incarcerated for 27 years 10 months 3 days. Edward "Big Wack" Hawkins. The lesson learned #humility for #compassion for your fellow man and #patience is the skill to learn to understand how other move and how work with that person. #Empathy for other people. "How a bully going out there #fighting other bullies?" meaning you were out gang banging forcing your ways on the #neighborhood.  

(13:36s) Turned to music and this is where used this outlet to help keep them off the streets. Offering them opportunities no one else is has given to them before. Using a sponsor during the process of becoming sober it's a support system set up to help them become successful sober life.

Is it a business or contracts? (01:05s) Some people dream of getting married and one day have a picture perfect wedding day. Sometimes things just don't end up the way you would have hoped. Life takes a turn while trying to work through the process of separating yourself, from someone that you intended spending the rest of your life with. 

Chris and Dinero go into the intricate parts of marriage. (64% of Marriages fail which means only 36% of marriages are successful. To be clear, only 36 of 100 marriages are successful. What it means to be married on paper means you have now joined into a contractual agreement to share your gains with the person you go into this with. Marriage is the only emotional contract that pertains to "LOVE." or is it Fornication Under the Consent of King?...  

(04:50s) Choosing this contract of marriage involves many things into this union between two people who love each other. What does it take to make a marriage work? What happens when it fails? 

(06:10s) #Kanye and #KimK marriage... Kanye's work creating a relationship with #Adidas "#Yeezy's", and #stem research ... Kanye's documentary really expresses the travels of an #independent artist... His marriage and business growth, development, fashion designer, visionary ideas... The discussion goes through the marriage and talks about it from Chris Gotti and Dinero perspective.  

(12:05s) Chris expresses how he felt when he went through his divorce process and how it affected him to have the option of him not being able to spend time with his daughter because of stipulations by the court. Kanye going public with not wanting his daughter on #tiktok. His children are now in a life where they are being watched and he is trying to protect her from the social media trolls as they would with their own children.

(16:25s) Will Smith actions towards Chris Rock over the comments made by Chris about his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith. Which was not intended to offend Jada? What was all this energy about? Did Chris step out of line? Did Will overreact for his wife's feelings towards the comment? Now Will has jeopardized everything that he worked for? Why are they staying married? What is in it for them?  

(23:45s) Jeff Bezos ended up giving billions of dollars to his wife in the divorce. What is the consequence? His ex-wife has now turned into a real philanthropist by giving 200 mil to charity. Are these actions being driven by emotions? The wife could be reacting this way because of hurt. Something happened cheating and pain, the possibility may be just the reason why. Kim not respecting Kanye had to come from an emotional place.

Episode Topic: Luc Stephen explains his journey from the streets to film sets

Luc Stephen will take Chris Gotti and Don Dinero through how he grew up, his experiences with being in the streets. Which then lands him in his well known film producer career.   

(01:20s) #Luc Stephen child of a #Haitian Senator , #Poppa Doc influence and attempts on his fathers life which led to his mother to move the family away to Boston and later as a teen to New York with mother and decided he did not want to live by the strict rules enforced by his mother to be in her home. So Luc left and found one of his own. On the streets getting into the life he felt was for him at the time.  

(06:10s) "Creeping", "Sneak thieving" in that time is how we made the money, leads to meeting Lorenzo "Fat Cat" Nichols known in Queens street life

(11:50s) After serving his fed time is when Luc Stephen decided it was a change that needed to be made in his life. The influence of prison time affects everyone differently you either become better criminal or decide to change where you will not go back to jail Living a life modeled by the mob lifestyle meant taking in the rules of the mob the same too. Protecting his family from that portion of his life.

(14:55s) The first seven years are the most important years or life. These are the years that are spent teaching you the #fundamentals and foundation in life. This is not a religious guide it is a #spiritual #mindset that can be taken on by anyone. You don't have to be a part of a #religion to practice these 16 #life  #lessons.  

You must always be seeking knowledge; love each other unconditionally how do you apply this to your life. When you gain knowledge on something the best thing you can do is #practice passing the knowledge on to the next person helping prepare them for their #journey.  These lessons when applied is used to be your wise elder in your life. These lessons when applied in life has been done with discipline. This book helps you use the lessons to be disciplined and fearless. So fearless you cannot allow fear of failure to get in the way of what you want to accomplish in your life.  

You must pay #attention to helping others the most #important part of paying it #forward in life. Make note when you feel you are missing something and force yourself into a situation. Could be the reason why you should not be outside. If you keep trying to get somewhere and cannot; it is meant for you not to go, you are supposed to be there. The universe will help guide you away from it.

Topic: What is the "Cost of #Loyalty?"

What does that mean? Everyone basically states the same thing "my ride or die" that one or two people on your list you know you can call that will come through for no matter how long time has passed since you have spoken. Is that the same as friendship? Can you be loyal and friends? Does that come hand in hand? #Friends, #Relationships and #Contracts.  

Chris Gotti and Don Dinero go over their perspective of loyalty. Where is the loyalty in your relationships and business? Is it the same? meaning are your business relationships treated the same as a personal relationship? There is a difference please understand there is a grey line that many do not know they cross because "loyalty" has a different meaning to everyone.?

If things don't exactly go, the way you should have hoped and decided you are going to go elsewhere or make other moves without including your partner for whatever reason.

Chris Gotti sits down to tell Don Dinero the back stories of Murder Inc. These stories not mentioned in the Murder Inc doc-u-series.  

(03:10s) Glenn Williams responsibility to collect and control the footage, came in from NC, originally from Queens, .........   Chris comes into the office one day to find his clothes in the office, he reaches out to Dex who in charge of the staff on the street team, Dex found out who he was ... Darnell Nickes was homeless living in the Murder Inc studios and turned on the company that put money in his pocket.

Darnell Nickels plays an intricate part in the reason they were indicted, was running Sky-Tel 2-way pagers, selling and jail break the pager; the feds caught up to him and he told a story to tell the feds. This is part of helped Murder Inc empire taken down.  

Darnell Nickels is now in witness protection. 

(08:25s) How did they come up with the Murder Inc name? Tommy Matola & Lyor Cohen had a bidding war...led to making a deal with Edgar Brahman owns several Alcohol and Beverage company purchases Universal. Edgar commends Irv for saving Universal.   

(11:45s) Music used to always be broken off the radio.  Murder Inc was one of biggest hip hop labels on radio. Def Jam a rap label is being played on Z100 without any money having to be spent or anyone working the record. This never happened in their history Def Jam was a Hip Hop label they never were on a pop station before Murder Inc. Murder Inc was the reason Ken Lane created a Hip Hop department in other labels. Ja Rule penetration as in the hip hop industry opened so many doors for others.  (14:49s) Michael J Payton, Artist, Director, Producer... Michael produced and directed the Murder Inc Doc-u-series. Who was also the director of the unofficial Murder Inc documentary that depicted the Murder story so close it drew the attention of the Chris and Irv Gotti. Because it was written with having spoken to the Murder Inc Brothers.   Michael first conversation with Irv Gotti was on the day he buried his mother. Devine Intervention

On this episode of #GTTB Podcast, with your host #ChrisGottiLorenzo, the VP of Murder Inc. and Co-host Legendary Latin #DonDinero sits down in the Cuban Connection Studio; to talk to the commissioner of Dyckman Streetball; Ken Stevens it started in 1994 and carried games as a coach and it eventually turned into a league. That now has turned into 32 years and going. He goes through how Dyckman League is of men who wanted to play basketball.   

(01:15s) commissioner of Dyckman Streetball; Ken Stevens it started in 1994 a couple of guys like Sugar Hill, Ricardo Rivas "Slasher" Black Widow who wanted to play some basketball games all had a love for a game that turned the community into coaching the youth to keep them busy and off the streets doing something they were all passionate about streetball. (4:05s) For Ken it was playing basketball then led to coaching which it eventually turned into Dyckman streetball league. That now 32 years and thriving.   

Having received sanctions from NCAA and NBA to allow the players to play but to also to pay homage to the home court. (06:05s) Division 1 players allowed to play on the basketball court Division sanction helps the community continue to be involved.  parks alike Ruckers, Hoops in the Sun, Gersh, KingDome, and others all over New York City. (08:05s) Thriving is probably an understatement based on what you will hear in this interview with what the Dyckman Street Ball Commissioner Ken Stevens and his team and hard -working staff that begin working on the next season as soon as the current one ends.   

Along with security and the many SYEP employees that have been able to work in the park as support for the #community and its youth. Most of these leagues have youth teams starting at 8 yrs. old to #High School, #College players, and Pro teams who bring in NBA league players.   Dyckman, has had players from #nba like #CatinoMobley, #KevinDurant, College ball players like #Hansel Emmanuel Donato Domínguez who just started his career in college basketball, Alot of the #players who played in the often come back to visit the park for #nostalgia. (11:02s) Brandon Jennings, "Too Hard to Guard", Demar Derozen, "The Punisher". 

2011 Comes out with team Nike vs The World put together a game that was the starting point for where the park is today. To now an influential sponsorship for participation in the culture from companies like Nike, Jordan, Add Ventures Music, Interscope, Earn Your Leisure, Knicks.  (16:30s) This park has drawn the likes of do many where Chris Gotti and Don Dinero is not just a fan has also invested time into players, teams and the park. As of lately artist like #French Montana, #Fabulous, #Jim Jones came to shoot some scenes for their #latest singles. It's not just a park it a whole #culture down to the vendors who prepare to come out and service the park patrons who look forward to the games.
