Growing Together
One of the most significant differences between marriages that make it and those that don't, is how couples can maintain their closeness and unity of purpose, even as we grow and change over the years.
In this podcast, we talk quite a bit about some of the challenges we've had with meshing home, job, personal development, family obligations, etc. with the desire to stay a couple, first and foremost.
You're going to grow and change; that part is unavoidable. Here are our thoughts on doing it in a way that strengthens the marriage rather than fragments it.
We'd love to hear your thoughts on this and our other marriage tips and tricks! Comment here on the podcast, on our blog, or on Facebook!

Date Night Ideas on a Budget
In a previous blog post, we shared some ideas on how to have a date night without leaving home. In today's blog and podcast, we want to help couples who are on a budget still find cool and creative ways to spend time together, without breaking the bank.

Fighting Fair, Part 2
This week's podcast finishes up our "dirty dozen" rules to make sure you fight fair in your marriage. You can read the corresponding article on our website here.
In every marriage, there will be times of conflict. One of the ways we believe you can help create a marriage that lasts is learning how to "fight fair".
Last week, we gave you the first six of our Dirty Dozen rules of fighting fair. This week, we're exploring the other six.

Getting married is AWESOME
In our third podcast, Jeremy and Kari talk about their pre-marriage relationship, the pitfalls of "shacking up", and how marriage changed their relationship (even though they had been living together and even bought a house before they tied the knot).
Being married is better in every way - financially, sexually, romantically, having children, and more. It's even better for your health and longevity!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day! Jeremy and Kari discuss the "love" holiday and all of its trappings, share our best Valentine's Days and what made them special, and give a few ideas on how to really show your spouse that you love them without the typical candies and flowers.

Going 25 to Life
Our inaugural podcast introduces you to Jeremy and Kari, a married couple since 1993 and your hosts. We also talk briefly about going the distance realistically and avoiding "magical thinking" in your marriage.
