Progressing doesn't always look glamorous. Sometimes progressing looks like taking a few steps back and "downgrading" in a superficial way to accomplish a goal that will propel you further much more in the long run.

The decisions you make TODAY dictate your future and the life you create. Make sure you’re making decisions that align with your GOALS and not ones that satisfy temporary emotions.

One day you will thank yourself for never giving up.

When you start working on yourself, the things around you begin to shift too. Old habits, places, and people can start making you uncomfortable. Your spirit won’t be at peace when you are somewhere you no longer belong. And that’s okay, because the discomfort is simply calling you to the next chapter.

Healthy self esteem will save you a lot of heartache, headaches, and time. Having a healthy self esteem helps not just in romantic relationships, but friendships, education, career, etc.

Never forget who you are. Your mind create your reality and you are responsible for the reality.

Take care of yourself first and invest in people who demonstrate they care about you regardless of family ties or friendships. Vet everyone.

You repair your DNA by thinking more positively about things. You can feel the energetic shifts when you speak MORE life into your self.

There’s nothing more powerful and beautiful than being a black woman. You are deserving of everything you want and desire in this world.

Today I woke up different and as I continue to elevate my consciousness, I become more in-tune with myself. I no longer want to promote superficial lifestyles, I want to help elevate consciousness.

Dealing with toxic family members, and friends can be challenging. All relationships deserve trust and respect, if that can’t be honored, it’s best to walk away.

Beauty begins the moment you decide to love yourself. And if you want to attract good things, you have to believe you’re deserving of them.

The journey of self discovery can be a beautiful transformation, but the process to get there won’t be easy.

You will never question how anyone feels about you once you level up. Take control of your level up.

Your thoughts control your mind, so make sure they’re positive. Be kind to yourself. If your mind can conceive it, you can achieve it.

When someone hurts you, or tries to destroy your dignity, you don’t ask ‘what is wrong with me?’ You ask—‘what is wrong with this person, so obviously rotted and riddled with insecurity?

You can’t be the victim your entire life. At some point, we have to heal ourselves from what hurt us. You owe it to yourself.

Never apologize for having high standards. People who really want to be in your life will rise up to meet them.

Every time you try to grow and reinvent yourself, it’ll always be someone who will remind you of your past like your mistakes were a death sentence. Don’t get upset just because their view of you is stuck in the past but smile and wink at them as you continue to grow. -unknown

What does being BLESSED mean to you?

Don’t allow anyone to mistreat you, it doesn’t matter what their title is in this world. Those things hold no merit to your value and self worth.

Holding grudges is like letting someone live rent free in your head. Always do what’s best for your growth, it’s your journey after all.

If you live your life in constant fear of judgement, you will never find your true purpose and be able to live in it.

You can’t fly with the eagles, hanging with the buzzards.

What does it mean to level up? Getting real about your past and doing what’s needed to move forward. You’re the only person in charge of narrating your life.

The only way to get over it is to go through it. Just because something didn’t work out, doesn’t mean your worth should diminish. Pick yourself back up and put yourself out there.
