I wish we could just stop things for a while and reorganize our systems, culture and work together. But that's not reality. The reality is, we have to learn to make adjustments to our ministry while we're in the middle of it. These seven ideas may help you accomplish some new direction setting work for your team and church!

It doesn't cost anything other than the confidence to know that as the Lord blesses your life, you're able to step away from being self-focused to thinking about others. Before you speak, THINK:
