Ep 12 - Dr. Colleen Davis
The Guy Who Knows a Guy Podcast is back!
We are excited to bring you an interview with Dr. Colleen Davis of GOAT Physical Therapy and Wellness. Dr. Davis is a physical therapist and certified personal trainer. She bridges the gap between tradition PT and regular exercise. We have a lot of fun talking about how she serves a key range of clients, the adaptations of her business to the Covid-19 world, and a few tips to stay healthy and keep moving when your routine is disrupted.

Experimental Freeform Podcast Concept
When I give a speech, I get great responses because people love my energy. That energy is able to come across as I walk around, move my arms, get my flow going. I'm not sure if I'm able to get that same kind of flow at a stationary microphone, so this is an experimental concept of recording free form, on the fly, out in the world.
Tell me what you think. Give me your feedback. Would you listen to a podcast like this regularly? Is the sound quality good enough? Is there something you'd like me to talk about?
