What motivates you? Tara Garrison
Listen to Coach Tara Garrison. Part way through you'll hear her quote that I just love... "I call health my gateway drug to personal awakening." I thought that was just brilliant! Tara talks a bit about what got her into helping others, but even more about what keeps her in that space, and some of the experiences that have helped her heal and continue on the path of personal enlightenment.
Bonus episode: Illuminate Recovery Podcast!
Chris spent some time with Shelley and Curt with Illuminate Recovery talking about life, healing, and becoming empowered.
