Improve mobility at any age (Interview with Nicole Paine, Part 2)

We chat with Dr. Nicole Paine who is a Chiropractor, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist, Human Nutrition Practitioner, Mobility Specialist and Kinstretch Instructor. She's the owner and founder of Reclaim Restore Health, an integrative healthcare practice and is also the creator and author of The Eat Move Thrive 30 which is a plan to evaluate your personal health and reveal your opportunities for growth by teaching how you eat, move, and recharge your life. In part 1 of this interview, Dr. Paine talked to us about the importance of mobility and dove into several concepts that she discusses in her book.  In this episode, Nicole talks to us about some fascinating concepts such as evolutionary mismatch, controlled articular rotations, and how mobility is not one of those physical changes that occurs due to aging (it's actually from caused by something else).
