The Healthy Lifestyle
There has been a misconception around the healthy lifestyle. Some think you have to starve yourself, or that it is boring. Why change, etc.
There is no concerete definition of a healthy lifestyle, why? Because we are all different - age, health issues, schedule, etc. In this short episode, I talk briefly about the healthy lifestyle and why it is beneficial. Being healthy should not be torture or a punishment, if you don't like it then don't start it. There is no point doing something that you dread.
Word of caution, the Healthy lifestyle is hard work, it is also about commitment. This is not just for a few months, we are talking the rest of your life so think very carefully before you start this 'journey' of a lifetime.
