The Reunion
We're back!!!! What better way to kick off the new year than listening to us recap 2022 in style? We fill you in on the crazy past year, including wedding faux pas, a mysterious man named Andres, and the BEST. FOOD. EVER. Thanks for sticking by us and we can't wait to bring you a whole lot more Help a Girl Out in 2023!

Karaoke and 10Ks
A little update from Rach and Katie on our international adventures, TV/movie recommendations, and our goals for this year.

The Show About Nothing
Yes we are back and yes we are rambling...we recorded this one a little while ago - just before the world got its act together so Rach could go home and Katie could show off her karaoke talents to more lucky listeners. Somehow we end up in a deep dive talking about reality tv - love, relationships, wine tours...why Katie would pick Love Island over The Bachelor any day and why Rachael's obsessive personality gets her in trouble with the TV. Sit back, relax, and listen in on our final episode before WINE TOURS!!!!! (We promise this time. For real!)

Mindless Ranting
Better late than never! In this episode (which we recorded a little while ago!), we rant and rave about toxic positivity, graffiti, COVID confusion, and much more. We also reveal our grand plans for a new dating show inspired by (you guessed it!) our one true love - wine tours. Give it a listen and stay tuned for our next episode coming soon!

Glassdoor
We're back baby! Rach has a rapidly unfolding situation in her eye and Katie drops a bombshell...what is this all about?! We fill you in on the latest wild adventures and chat careers as we dive into Glassdoor and everything you should know when looking for a new job. Strap in and let's get gossiping - all good things, of course!

The One With The Haiku
Your girls are back baby!
The wait is over and it's time for Help a Girl Out Season 2! Thanks for your patience as we navigated work, wedding planning, time zones, and extra canals (don't ask).
We kick off this next season with a hodgepodge of ridiculous conversations, spanning everything from acrostic poems to wine tour secrets. We also give you a sneak peek of the outrageous stories to come this season, so buckle up and enjoy the ride!
In the meantime, if you have any questions/thoughts on wine tours, travel, dating, or friendship....you know we'd love to help a girl (or guy!) out!

Adopt My Worm
Rach and Katie cap off season 1 with tales of their childhood animal adventures. Sit back, relax, and feel good knowing you weren't quite weird enough to develop a get rich quick scheme off of poor innocent worms. Also, learn about Katie's dedication to ducks and Rach's lost pet campaigns. Thanks for joining us for our first season - we will be back before you know it with season 2!! xoxoxo

Leg Crampz and Ankle Sprainz
Katie fills us in on her ankle injury while Rach reminisces on the great leg cramp of 2019. Then Rach shines a light on her fabulous quarantine and traveling adventures, breaking her silence on the cute crusty eye and bubble bath cut short that completed her attractive isolation appearance. We Help a Girl Out with a few tips on staying healthy, sane and sexy during lockdown.

Jamie, If You're Listening
Wow, just when you thought it couldn't get any weirder...it does. After a whirlwind month, Rach and Katie continue catching up, but the conversation gets a little wild when Love Island, duvet covers, crackling candles, Biscoff cookies (or Biscotti, if you prefer) come up. Then we head down the incredible road that is our relationship with wine tours. We reveal the ones that got away (cough cough Morgan and Jamie) and introduce you to the man, the myth, the legend...Trevor. If you're into wine, making fun of your friends (in a loving way of course!), or buying awkward holiday gifts for your loved ones, then you're in for a treat.

Help a Girl Out Trailer
Rachael and Katie are ready to take you on a wild ride of funny/embarrassing/awkward/casual moments with a little bit of life, love, travel and wine tour advice thrown in along the way!

Mini Muffins
Hi lovers! Your main girls are back after a wild month of work, travel, family time and wedding planning. This is a random hot mess covering a range of topics including but not limited to: childhood diets (what?!), childhood dancing (again please no), Rachael's past obsessive personality (hello Justin Bieber and Big Time Rush) and Katie's struggle to care about anything more than writing impassioned pleas to big corporations through customer feedback surveys. Join us for this wild ride and Help a Girl Out by sharing your tips for dealing with tricky customer service situations.

Hello Karen
Rachael reveals the story behind her being called a....you guessed it...KAREN. All she was trying to do was defend someone from social media bullies!!! This leads Rach and Katie to discuss the spiral that is social media and judgmental, rude peeps, although Katie goes in another direction entirely and starts talking about pigs?! Yeah we don't know either. It's a random, wild ride with a few signature awkward and embarrassing moments from yours truly.

Sunny Colors Art: Elena Russu
Rach and Katie welcome artist Elena Russu to the show, as she helps a girl out with her amazing artistic advice and insights. Elena teaches us about the meaning of colors, the perfect light for landscapes and what it takes to pursue a passion for art. Of course, she also lets us wine lovers in on a few secrets about Moldova's wine and culture. Plus, we learn about Rach's art competition with Nick and Katie's sculpture of her mom's head (yes, you read that correctly: mom's head). Check out Elena on Instagram and support her beautiful work: https://www.instagram.com/sunnycolors_art/

Slaying the Dating Game
Rach and Katie put some top dating questions to the test, quizzing each other and offering ideas to get the conversation flowing the next time a first date seems stuck in a rut. This discussion includes references to tweed, Dragon Tales velcro shoes, and of course, everything that goes down in the DM's. If you're looking for inspiration for the dating scene or even just meeting new friends, these questions are 100% approved by Help a Girl Out and should give you a better idea of if you can see a future with someone or if you need to run for the hills.

Hot Seat: Why Are Guys Like This?
We're back with Part II of our crossover with Caroline and Eric from Social Distancing Podcast. Today we put Eric in the hot seat and pepper him with questions about guys, why they do the things they do and what they really think of the leading ladies in their lives. Tune in as Eric shines a light on the silent treatment and bro code - how far do you go to keep a secret for a friend? We also make Eric get sappy and reveal his favorite things about his sweet Caroline.

The Social Distancing Edition
We welcome Caroline and Eric from the Social Distancing Podcast for a super fun crossover, which mainly consists of us comparing the East Coast to the Midwest and hearing about Eric's smooth pick-up moves. We chat about Aussie slang, age differences in dating and karaoke stardom. Plus, Eric, a self-proclaimed master mixologist, gives us the low-down on placing a cool and confident bar order. Part II is up next, where we put Eric in the hot seat in front of his girlfriend to tell us what guys really think about our wonderful womanly ways!

The Anti-Bucket List
It's all good to have a bucket list, but what about its alter ego - the anti-bucket list? Rach and Katie discuss the top eight items on their anti-bucket list that they never need to do ever again (or try for the first time). After all, embracing new things is great but you gotta draw the line somewhere and find a balance between pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and staying true to who you are. This episode contains discussions of scary rides, freaky food and being in charge of a country (#notinterested).

$3 Massage
We're back for part two of our special edition with Sage, as we take our travel tales to Bali, reminiscing on paying a premium price for a party hostel, going to great lengths to save vodka and swapping shoes with someone special. We Help a Girl Out with even more travel tips, including how to stay safe on sketchy waterslides and save money on nightlife.

Gilligan's Gone Wild
Let's talk travel! We welcome Sage, a very special guest and one of Rach's BFFs she met studying abroad in Sydney. We discuss spring break and our legendary trip to Cairns, including free champagne and trying to keep your head above water. We share some top travel tips, particularly surrounding hostels, snorkel excursions and ballin' on a budget.

Bran Flakes Theory
Ahhhh adulthood...who doesn't love filing taxes, waking up with back pain for no reason and falling asleep in front of the TV at 8:00 PM? In this episode about being an adult, Katie tries to justify her early morning emails with customer service representatives, Rachael reveals she didn't eat a banana until age 20, and together they discuss the new phenomenon known as the Bran Flakes Theory.

Series of Unfortunate Events
Sometimes, you have a bit of a shitshow. Katie takes us through the great flood of 2020, while Rachael gets attacked by a tweezer. It's really all casual. Even when life gets you down, we just get right back up again (#positivethoughts2020). You'll relate if you've ever had a week that went from good to bad to worse.

Buddy System
Katie and Rachael reflect on the early days of their friendship at overnight camp with tales of their beloved cabin and camp games. They also share their first impressions of one another, as Katie reveals she thought Rach was a bit...shall we say odd? (she's not wrong!) Overnight camp counselors will certainly relate.

Shootin' the Shot
Ahh dating....who doesn't love being awkward around strangers and avoiding first kisses like your life depends on it? Rach and Katie discuss making the first move, rejecting unwanted attention and the right approach for a first date. Plus, they unveil secrets to dating success, with the most important takeaway being when in doubt, just have another margarita.

Vortex Part II
A world without Dairy Queen?? A chain of sketchy bars called Gators?? Listen to this week's episode as we chat more about big moves, and find out how Katie got sucked in and turned upside down in a California vortex.

Vortex Part I
Katie and Rachael attempt to compare and contrast moving far away from home, although they do get slightly distracted by boy bands and Swedish pop stars.

The Uniform
Katie describes what a home uniform is and gives advice on how to find the best uniform for you. Rachael flexes her Qantas perks.

Hot Dish
Katie reflects on a recent family dinner; Rachael ponders the meaning of “Scuppy.”
