Instagram: www.instagram.com/hann.shoes/
Lenn Hann bio:
an avid runner and shoe designer who has dedicated the last 20+ years of my life to developing a running shoe that stores and returns energy to the wearer using carbon fiber suspension technology.
This journey started late one night in 1997 when I was strolling through O'hare International Airport and came upon a moving rubber walkway. Being ever so curious about using the rubber walkway as a running surface, I decided to remove my sneakers and proceeded to run on them. The surface was so comfortable, I proceeded to run a half marathon on the walkways for the next two hours!
This experience was the catalyst that inspired the technology behind Hann Shoes. I wanted to bring that amazing light and trampoline-like experience to everyone on their feet. After a couple decades of research and testing, I am finally ready to bring this shoe to market! We are launching our Kickstarter campaign on January 25, 2021.
My hope is that these shoes will help empower everyone to live their best lives. If we can make the experience of getting out and walking the block or getting out and jogging a little bit more enjoyable and more embraceable, imagine what it could do for everyone's health!

Building a business through podcasting with - Ona Oghogho episode 30
In this week's episode, we sit down with Ona Oghogho, founder of "Blk Pod Collective."
We discuss Ona's journey working her way up the corporate ladder entering the realm of a six-figure income to still landing in an area of unhappiness. Being a fan of podcasting, she made the jump to producing her own. As with most new ventures, there's a learning curve and a moment of realizing something is off. For Ona, it was a solid support system for the community of black podcasters. In that mind frame, she has seen the marketplace gap; there was no centralized place catering to the need to share resources, experience, and tools of the trade. "Blk Pod Collective" was born from the need for support and a sense of community.
