Hot Takes with C and M

C and M are back to talk about all things Quarterback as that seem to be the hottest topic in the NFL next to the NFL Combine. With Aaron Rodgers appearing to be on the move, C and M discuss what happens with him, and the other dominoes that are going to drop in the QB market. As well as some of the crazy contracts that have been signed or not signed yet with free agency getting ready to open up soon. C and M also talk how the NBA trade deadline deals look a month later, and how those players have fit in with their new teams. C and M also talk about the ongoing situation that is surrounding Ja Morant, and what his steps will be to coming back from this situation.

C and M dive into who will be getting paid next in the next class of QBs (Lamar,Burrow,Murray) after Derek Carr's latest extension, and Deshaun Watson's massive contract that has changed QB contracts forever. We also dive into some of the best landing spots for Baker to land in as he tries to reestablish himself  somewhere else in the NFL, and also Deebo trying to get the contract that he deserves while dealing with death threats and racial slurs from fans. We also give our picks for who is going to the NBA Finals this year, as well as who wins MVP.

C and M bring on special guest, Jerome (@Bucyou2021), as we discuss the play in results and our reactions. We also discuss our predictions for the upcoming series that will be taking place in the Eastern and Western Conference. C and M are also able to get a Bucs fan's reaction to Tom Brady retiring, and what he thought when he un-retire. We then remember Dwayne Haskins, and why it is important to watch what you say on social media because these athletes are more than athletes. They are human beings with lives and families outside of their respective sports. Hot Takes sends all their love and prayers to Dwayne Haskins's family, friends, teammates, and anyone else that he impacted. C and M talk about what is really going on with Zion Williamson. Zion Williamson has not played all year, and we have seen some of his draft day mates become wildly successful this year (ex. Ja Morant). It seems as though the organization and the fans may have given up, but is this situation that can be saved? We then turn to the new look 76ers and Nets, and look at their keys to moving up in the rankings. Russell Wilson appears to no longer want to be in Seattle, and the Seahawks appear to be in rebuild mode. We talk about the trade destinations that make the most sense, and if we will really see Russell Wilson suit up for a new team next season? Finally, the NFL Draft Combine is coming up soon, and there are some things that would like to see like who is going to run the fastest 40 yard dash. Also, we discuss what are our team's biggest needs that need to be filled with the draft.  

C and M discuss everything that is going on with the Brian Flores situation, and all it's moving pieces. We also get into Aaron Rodgers winning MVP ,and if he really deserved it. Then the amazing All-Star weekend that we were able to watch and experience last weekend, as well as some changes that need to be made to ensure that this continues to be a great weekend for many years to come.

C and M discuss the latest with Tom Brady and his retirement, who the new MVP is in the NBA, Bills and Chiefs game and where we go from here after that game, and some of their favorite Kobe memories and the legacy that he left behind. Enjoy :) and remember we family.
