Lattus is the one-stop-shop, human connection platform that cultivated engagement through conversations. Schramm compares Lattus to "the intersection of LinkedIn, Zoom, Calendly, and Google Docs with flares of Survey Monkey." Lattus is helping organizations attract, engage, and retain top talent through structured programs including, new employee onboarding, mentorship, DEI, and 360 feedback, mental health, and succession planning.
