Roy has enjoyed a decades-long career as a hypnotist, trainer and author. His contributions to the world of hypnotherapy have truly set him apart from the masses as his multiple books have become manuals, training textbooks and highly revered texts and guides for hypnotherapists around the world.

Originally trained by Charles Tebbetts, Roy was asked to continue Charles' work and was given his blessing to develop it. The result has led Roy to being known as one of the founding fathers of Parts Therapy, a technique that all hypnotherapists should know and be working with in some form.

The narrative around smoking has changed dramatically over the past couple of decades from being uber cool to being totally uncool and unaccepted. Nonetheless, there are still millions of people who choose to smoke on a daily basis, knowing full well how damaging it is to their own health and that of those around them. 

There are so many myths around smoking and the 'difficulty' of stopping which hypnotists around the world have been privy to for long enough. Whether you're aware of it or not, tobacco companies are still convincing you that you are addicted and that no matter what you do, there are consequences that come with stopping smoking such as weight gain.
