The Right to Clean Water (w/ Chuck O'Neal)
Did you know that there is no protected and guaranteed human right to clean water in the US? Corporations in Florida have been increasingly taking advantage of this to utilize natural sources of water for their own financial gain without any environmental oversight.
Streams and springs there were once clear and full are now nearly drained and full of industrial runoff and nutrient excess.
Chuck O'Neal is leading the push for a Right to Clean Water as a charter amendment in Orange County, Florida on the November 3rd, 2020 ballot.
