Mother's Day, Alt-Right, and a Twit

It's been one this week.
This week has been a rough one, a lot of things kind of went sideways for me personally, and the world is still going nuts so there is no shortage of things to talk about. That being said it is a short episode this week. I have some thoughts, but really it is just a bit of a recap. Go get your horribledesigns.com stuff and support one of this shows original supporters. Also I put the new logo on some stuff over on the teespring store, so go cop a hat, shirt, hoodie, or something.
https://i-had-to-say-it.creator-spring.com

Mass Media Firings & Viva La France!
I am no fan of mass media, and that is no secret. But it has been on my mind this week so you get to hear me vent about it. Also tangeal to that, how much have you heard about what is going on in France? I'm betting not much. There is a reason for that, and I talk about my thoughts on that particular matter too. And talk about what I think we should do about things. As usual.

Follow Ups, housing market woes, and a checkmark
In this episode we follow up on some topics I talked about last week. Then we discuss some governmental shenanigans that will be screwing over people who have been doing what they were supposed to to benefit those who either can't or won't. Finally we talk about the twitter check marks.

Chicago Riots, Government Leaks, & The Economy Stumbles.
So it's been an interesting week. There was another Riot in downtown Chicago. No idea what set it off this time, they can't even attempt to spin this one as a "protest" because they weren't protesting a thing. It was a mob of teenagers to early 20's clowns destroying things and assulting people. No fear, no sense of worry about getting caught, and the mayor elect is already blaming anything but the clowns involved in it. Chicago replaced one bad mayor with another, and frankly they are getting what they deserve. I feel for the good people stuck there, but this is what they asked for. And the government found the kid that leaked the information about what is going on in the Ukraine real quick. It don't smell right to me, but that's just part of my problem with the situation, and I talk about that some too. Lastly the economy is on real shakey ground and I have some thoughts on that as well.

BRICS. Bud Light & Bull
The world keeps turning, the BRICS alliance keeps making moves that leverage their bid to be the new superpower on the planet, and we are over here fighting over who a crappy beer put on their cans. There is a reason the rest of the world is not taking the US seriously anymore, the dollar is losing it's status as reserve currency, and we find ourselves in a lot of crosshairs. I will admit I got derailed a bit on this one, but it is what is on my mind, and I don't understand how we as a people are allowing ourselves to be lead around by the nose like this. It is manufactured strife and conflict that is completely unnecessary, if we would all just live by the thing we all learned in kindergarten, or at least should have. Treat people how you want to be treated. There are no qualifiers on that statement. Not people who look the same as you. Not people who believe the same things as you. People. Period. That's it. All the other garbage is irrelevant, so why the hell are we fighting over it? And leave them kids alone. Let kids be kids. Seriously, that shouldn't even be a talking point in all this crap.

A Conversation with 69 Whiskey
Part 2 of our talk. We go talk true crime, war stories, and other shenanigans.

RESTRICTed BRICS
There was a ton of stuff to talk about this past week. None of it bodes well for the American people. I touch on the "Tik Tok" ban which is actually SO MUCH more than that. It is basically the patriot act on steroids, and if it passes, we all lose. Also BRICS is making moves that could lead to major destabilization of the American economy, but nobody is really talking about that either. The mainstream media is not your friend. And this past week proves it, or else we would all know more about these things without the digging being necessary.

A Conversation with the lads from 69 Whiskey
I sat down and had a LONG conversation with Eric & Matt, the hosts of 69 Whiskey. It's not a bar pod. That being said I enjoyed talking to these guys and hopefully you will have as many laughs listening to this as we had recording it. This went real long, part two will follow next week. OR you could go sign up to support the show either through pateron or buy me a coffee and get the whole thing in one shot, including special bonus audio that won't be in either free feed. You can sign up at the show's page www.IHADtosayitpodcast.com

You need Discipline too
Last week I talked about passion, this week I talk about something you won't get very far without. Discipline. Unless you are one of those people who the chips always land right for, in which case you probably aren't listening to my little show any way. So yeah, discipline is important, and it is like a muscle, you got to practice it to build it up. Start out small. Take the walk, put down the donut, do the crossword, something, anything that you don't want to do that will ultimately benefit you. Do it. You will thank me later. And then go to horribledesigns.com and get some smartassed thing on a shirt and some stickers for some random shenanigans. Then go to ihadtosayitpodcast.com. I got new stickers with the new logo and all you have to do to get a couple is ask.

Passion, Balance, and Happiness
Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. But is that really the case? Is passion enough? When you do things because you HAVE to is it still possible to WANT to do them? I have thoughts, shocking right? But ultimately the key, as with so much in life is balance, which I also have thoughts on. And as usual I ramble a bit and get distracted. Also there is a promo in this episode for SP Filmviewers, a podcast I just started listening to, where one host has seen the movies, the other just watched them for the first time, and they talk about it. So far I am digging their dynamic, and you should at least check them out. Also go cop come gear from horribledesigns.com, it's still good and I am not gonna stop plugging it so you might as well get onboard.

Bank Bailouts, censorship, and leave them kids alone
Okay, so a couple of banks collapsed, and the government bailed them out. Now no surprises there, but a nasty side effect of this is a congressman showing they just don't learn and asking if there was a plan in place to censor information about this to prevent another run on the banks. They just don't learn. Also I have some things to say about some people that are preying on kids. If you are new to the show buckle up. I have no patience for that particular flavor of scumbaggery.

Living from a place of fear.
The thought that has been rolling around in my head, that I discuss this episode is one that I am still working through. So join me for my thoughts on how a lot of the issues I have with the world today come from a place where people are living from a place of fear. It is endemic to a certain percentage of the population, and it drives their behavior, as they scream about acceptance and equality, without actually wanting either of those things since if it is something someone else has to give them, particularly without being earned, it can just as easily be taken away.

The conspiracy theorists are 35-0
Okay, so the title may be a little misleading, but I do talk about the conspiracy theorists a bit. This one is a lot of a rant about the sitting president, the current state of the government in the US, the jab, Fauci, and why we are where we are. On a track that has put us closer to WW3 than anytime since the cold war. I am really starting to sound like a broken record on this stuff, but until it changes, some of it will linger in my mind, so you guys get to hear my thoughts on it.

So in this one we update some of the stuff talked about last week, and I kind of ramble about my perspective on how things are going.

Chemical Spills, UFO's & WW3
It's been a crazy week. UFO's getting shot down, a train derailment that is an ecological nightmare, and WW3 is looming. But how are you doing? Also Big shout out to Sam Sprunger One of the co-hosts of the 500 Section lounge for the new pod art. Go check out the show and enjoy. Let him know Aaron sent ya.

A Bleu Balloon and Yer Grammy
So there has been more drama in the world of social media, and since like a lot of people I spend more time there than I probably should, I have some thoughts. Also the Chinese send a balloon and the grammys happened. Meh.

Satire, Parody, or the News?
It's no secret that I think the world is full of stupid people, and they are getting dumber every day. I don't believe this is an accident. and I think it is pushing us towards bigger problems. It's gotten so bad at this point that you can no longer tell if something you see online is satire, a parody, or an actual "news" item. So this is what is on my mind today. What are your thoughts on the matter? Let me know www.ihadtosayitpodcast.com . Also I talk about the live show we just did this past weekend, it's on the youtube channel if you want to check it out.

The Culture War and Deliberate Division
In this episode I touch on a doctor that gave out falsified covid documentation at the request of his patients rather than give the jab to a bunch of children, and how he is being brought up on federal charges now. Also I go off on a tear about why I think this culture war nonsense is actually just the most recent way that the few control the masses.

The WEF and stretching your food budget
Times are tough all over. Food shortages, supply chain issues, bird flu, and a bunch of elitists who fly around in private jets getting ready to lecture us on climate change and plot depopulation. In the meantime I talk about some things you can do to make things a little better for you and your family, and some new features I will be adding to the show's website in the immediate future.

Toxic Masculinity Mk2
Contrary to popular opinion being masculine is not a bad thing. Masculinity is not a toxic, if you do it right. It is necessary. It being forced out of daily life is one of the reasons things have gotten so messed up lately. It's absence is also how you get the ultra alpha wanna be morons spewing garbage, attempting to define themselves as real men. Maybe they don't know any better, maybe they are trying to fill the void, or MAYBE they are just trying to seize an opportunity because they know they wouldn't be able to cut it otherwise. And I also talk about a few things I think have contributed to this situation. As usual it's our faults for letting it come to this, and it is our responsibility to do something about it.

Lets kick 2023 in the Taint
Happy New Year everyone. In this episode there are a couple of life updates, a little rambling about my plans for this year, and some general thoughts on making the world a better place. The ranting and humor will be back soonish, but for today here is to hoping that we all have a better year this year than last, and lets work together to make it happen. Time to kick this year in the taint.

2022 A year in review
Last episode of the year. I look back at the past year, and talk about what is to come. Thanks for listening, I really appreciate all of you. Happy new year, and here is to a better 2023.

Twitter dump part whatever, and the end of the year looms
More twitter files exposing more corruption and all the accompanying nonsense, and the end of the year is right around the corner, and I have some thoughts on how to deal with the new year.

Twitter Dump Part Deux and the Merchant of Death
So Elon is dumping more files, and I have more thoughts. Honestly not what I was waiting for yet, but all signs show that one is coming. And what is probably the first trade involving the WNBA that anyone has ever given a damn about happened. Lets talk.
ihadtosayitpodcast.com

Ye's Meltdown Made me a hipster & The first Twitter Dump
So I was on the Kanye hate train way before it was cool. And frankly this guy did the unthinkable and made the vast majority of the world be done with him in about a weekend. So I have thoughts on that. Also there was the first dump of files detailing all the crap going on behind the scenes at twitter, nothing particularly surprising there, and of course all of the people who benefited from it are trying to downplay it and act like it is meaningless, personally I am waiting for the vax and covid dump.

The Twitter Meltdown, People need to get over it.
We all probably spend more time on social media than we should. With everything going on right now with twitter so many people are having absolute fits over how Elon is running the company HE bought. Most of it comes off as petulant garbage and tantrums, but why? There are so many better ways to spend your time, why spend it on a platform you are unhappy with complaining about the platform? Honestly I have more thoughts on the matter than what made it into the episode, if you are interested or have thoughts of your own please feel free to reach out and share them, I would love the feedback.

Happy Holidays and Turkey Day Thoughts
Happy Holidays everyone. Just some thoughts I had going into this holiday season. I hope even if you choose not to celebrate the holidays you can enjoy some time with loved ones.

The End of the Election Cycle and Change on the Horizon
So the elections are wrapping up in the US, and frankly I couldn't be gladder that they are winding down. Do I think the stupidity tied to them is going to end? No. Am I going to keep talking about it? Also no. Honestly, I've had my fill of complaining about the same bunch of idiots and all the lies and stupidity that they generate to maintain their tenuous grasp of power. I am going to try and take the show in a slightly different direction, and I talk about that instead of the usual same old same old. I am sure I will still talk about stupid stuff that happens because of politics, but I don't want to be a politics show. I started out as a society and culture commentary show and I want to get more back to that. Will that cross into the political from time to time, I am sure it will. Especially with everyone trying to legally force their beliefs onto each other. However I need a break. I need to not give them any more of my energy for a while, and I hope you all will come on the journey with me. And PLEASE a little engagement would go a long way as I go through this process.

ELECTION DAY SPECIAL LIVE
So the episode I did record for today wound up with a corrupted audio file and the backup was bad as well. So for what ever reason I had to completely redo this, so at the suggestion of a friend of the show I decided to do it live. SO here it is, the first live episode of I HAD to say it, no edits, no script, not a lot of coherency. Hope you enjoy it.

A Twitter Purchase and A Hammered Pelosi
The two big pieces of news this past week, Elon closed on twitter, and walked in the door and started cleaning house, and the shambling corpse that is the current speaker of the house's husband got attacked in their home, allegedly. So I talk about these things and give my take on the matter. I am sure both issues will bear revisiting before too long, because neither is a closed book yet, but this is where I am as of now.

Mid-Terms and World Issues
The midterms are almost here, there is a lot going on and I am going to talk about it some what. Also I will briefly reflect on other things going on in the world. Honestly I'm still a little under the weather so this one is kind of brief and rambly. We can still pull the reigns on this one, but it isn't going to be easy.

The Jab, The Lie, and a Fuel Crisis
In this episode I will talk about the execs from Pfizer admitting, under oath, that they never tested the jab's efface in preventing transmission of the COVID virus. That means that every mandate based on the idea of stopping the spread was based on a lie. Which means you might owe some people an apology. Also I did wind up going off on a tangent about the mid 80's mentality of our current governing bodies in relation to the rest of the world and a few implications that it might have on all of our futures.

In this episode I sat down with Lauren from the Beer'd Al podcast. A show where they talk about two of the greatest things in the world. Beer and Weird Al. It is a great show, with a lot of positivity and a great raport between Lauren and her brother John, the regular co-host or the people she has on for the "very special" guest episodes. I sat down with Josh, part of the Appleboys podcast and we had a nice little chat. We talked the service industry, high school, fitting in, football, electronics, and being yourself. It was a great talk and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed having it. SAFE-T but no safety
So this bill was passed into law over a year and a half ago. It is just back in the news now because of two factors. 1.) This is a big election year, as most of the seats in the state are up for reelection. 2.) It goes into effect in a couple of months. There is hope that it will get hit in the post election veto session, but I honestly believe that is entirely dependent on how the elections fall out. Anyway I talk about this bill and all the things I see wrong with it. Also with the way people are dealing with it, and potential future ramifications of this. Even if you are outside of Illinois, you are going to want to pay attention to this, particularly if it sticks, it could get ugly.

Labor Day Division
It's a short one this week folks. As we head into the last holiday of the season here in the US the politicians are doubling down on driving division in this country. Everyone is talking about how great this country is because of the blue collar workers and what not, while still trying to turn the middle class against it self, and it's a little frustrating. SO I vented about it some. Hope everyone had a great long weekend, or if you were at work I hope the people enjoying the long weekend didn't make it too bad for you.

Gratitude. That's it, that's the title.
A lot going on this week. And I'm under the weather. So yeah, take it for what it is worth. And say thanks. Also Thank you to my first Patron....Josh. Thanks for the support bud.

Listening to this episode might get you on a watch list
Don't say I didn't warn you. Leaked FBI documents basically stated that all of the "they are targeting us" people were right. They have a list of things that they consider possible flags for being a domestic terrorist. Things like believing in the 2nd amendment, wanting small government, quoting the founding fathers, talking about when the feds killed a woman holding her baby at a standoff over the length of a shotgun barrel. Ya know, all of those horrible things that endanger all of the people around you. Basically anything that you would have discussed in a history or civics class back in the 90's. Also I will talk about the bill that the white house has put forward to "combat inflation" that is really more about targeting the dwindling middle class. Also why I don't care that whats-her-face got nine years for a THC vape in Russia.

Redefining Words and Stupid Kids
Well, they did exactly what I said they were going to do, and denied the recession based on "that's not what means recession anymore" which got me thinking about the broader problem of how we as a society have decided that if a word doesn't mean what we want it to, we will just change what it means, while still using it in the context we would have, but with the new definition that makes us happy. If you have listened to any previous episodes you know I take issue with that. Also, this may be because I am an old, but when did young people get so damn dumb? And I'm saying that as an individual who did plenty of dumb stuff as a youth. But these kids today are on an entirely different level of stupid. And I have thoughts.
www.horribledesigns.com for your subversive gear

It's not a recession, because we said so
It's a short episode this week. There is only so much I can say at this point. The world governments are still treating the people like they are stupid, the people are still taking it. It's embarrassing.

I Ain't no nice guy after all.

Independence Day, and someone had to ruin it
Hey listeners. I had a whole thing planned out on society and some things I am noticing happening and try to make it a more non US centric episode. But then some jack wagon decided to shoot up an Independence day parade, and it was relatively close to where I am. So I am going to talk about it. But not just the shooting. Which was horrible, and predictably enough at this point everyone was quick to jump on it to start pushing their agendas. It all kind of sits wrong with me, and in this episode I go into why. Seriously this was important enough to me to talk about it in spite of my repeated attempts to find new material to talk about.

The Zen of Not Giving a F&%K
In the world today there is a lot of things that people are miserable about. And most of it is completely irrelevant to their actual lives. Yet we all get so twisted up in other people's garbage that we are ruining our own lives in the process. One of the best ways I have found to deal with it is through a simple approach. I don't give a F&%K. That's it. quick to say and a life time to master. We would all be a lot happier if we learned to just let go of that which truly does not matter.

Hearings, insurrections, and red flags
Another fun week here in the US. Both sides are calling the other side all kinds of fools, liars, and degenerates. Meanwhile the powers that be continue to do what they please unchecked. It is like the worst dinner theater on the planet. There are ways to fix it, but they are uncomfortable and will take work, so I don't see it happening any time soon. My thoughts are here if you are interested.

More Negative Ranting
I really wanted to run a positive show this week. Honestly. I wanted to do something light hearted and fun. Maybe tell a story or crack a few jokes. However there is just too much wrong for me to do that. The handcart to hell that we all seem to be stuck in is picking up speed, the politicians at the reigns are all treating us like we are stupid enough to believe them when the lie to us, and we are too busy fighting each other under the fanning of the flames by the media to focus on the real source of our problems. None of it is an accident, none of it is by mistake, and none of it is good for us.

Another Mass shooting and the beat goes on
What happened in Texas was truly terrible. There is no other way to say it. But what is worse to me the disgusting way the political machine on both sides of the aisle has pounced on it to start driving their agendas. Personally I am opposed to the gun grabbers for multiple reasons but one of my biggest issues with their stance is that it shows both a lack of understanding about firearms and human nature. If you know nothing about an item, why would I trust your decisions related to it. It is really so easy in our world to educate your self on a subject before opening your mouth, yet so few people do it. So I am going to elaborate on a tweet I made the other day and discuss the issue as I see it. And I am going to belabor the very basic fact that laws only impact the people who are already following them. And there are so many ways to do horrible things without a gun that if they magically all disappeared tomorrow there would still be a tragedy the same week. The root of the problem is not being addressed. We don't have a gun problem, we have a humanity problem. There are approximately 20,000 current gun laws and restrictions on the books. This is all virtue signaling and banner waving, gun laws don't work. All you will do is expose the law abiding citizens to a greater threat by removing their ability to defend themselves from people who couldn't care less about the law. And if you are going to stand on the graves of children to argue with me then your point is already invalid because with out the emotional quotient of the tragedy, you don't have a leg to stand on.

Pain at the pump and the coming conflicts
Gas is expensive, we all know this. I am tired of the people trying to justify it to defend their poor choices in elected officials. I am tired of people pointing to other countries to try and justify what is happening here. I am tired of what is looking like deliberate incompetency in our so called leaders that is only pushing towards inevitable conflicts. In this episode I rant about all of it. Mass Shootings, media, and the recession
So there was another mass shooting, I talk about that some. I complain about the media trying to turn us against each other. I complain about the incompetence of the government, and how I feel about that. So pretty much the usual. The feedback lines are always open. Interested in guesting on the show? Court Cases, Leaked Documents, and other distractions.
Ok so I had to take a week off. I was sick and has some personal stuff going on. I explain it in the first part of the episode. Basically this episode I am on a tear about how we are being manipulated by a group of people who aren't even trying to hide what they are doing anymore. They think that little of us. And someone leaked an opinion paper from the supreme court about RvW. I weigh in on that one as well.

Twitts and Shortages
Ok so Elon has effectively bought Twitter. There are still steps to go through but more or less it's a done deal. Great. Meanwhile in coverage you have to dig for to find the food supply issues are getting worse. There is going to be a shift in what a lot of us are used to dealing with as far as day to day goes. I will touch on it a bit and mention a few things you might want to think about for the grand scheme of things. Also Friday guest episodes are coming back. Hope you like it. Thought Exercises and How to Take Over the World
Your mind is just like a muscle. If you don't exercise it, it will be weak and fail you when you really need it. Unfortunately this is way too common these days. People prioritize feelings over thought and are severely lacking in the ability to think critically or reasonably, and it shows. So that is what I talk about this episode.

A Cuck, a Tyrant, and a mouse walk into a bar.
Blah blah Will Smith, blah blah Oscars, blah blah Chris Rock. Now in news you should actually care about, Russia made a significant move this past week that has implications not only of pushing back against sanctions, but could also have impact on the value of the dollar. Inflation is still moving, and your money is worth less every day, but there are things that can help hedge against that too. Also Florida passed legislation basically saying you can't talk about sex with kids in the single digit age range at school and the woke are losing their sh*t. Have any of them actually read the bill, most likely nah or they would know that it doesn't say anything about what they are bent out of shape about, and applies to EVERYONE, not just the people claiming outrage. It applies to the straight side too. Also I tell you about a cool website you should check out to maybe bring a little levity to your day.

The Lottery, Fiscal Literacy, & Pain at the Pump
I've been thinking a lot about finance and it has been taking my thoughts in some different directions. In this episode I share some thoughts on fiscal responsibility, and why we have so many problems with our money. Also I want to talk about why it is so easy for the powers that be to keep compounding the problems at hand while claiming to be trying to fix them, or at least take the sting out for the common man. Which is a utter load if you haven't figured it out yet.

The world is doing what it does
This is another episode where I am going to talk about the state of the world, and the issues I have with it. Nobody noticed that there was no episode on Friday apparently. Honestly a little disappointing, but I am going to keep doing them cause they make me happy. You know what doesn't make me happy? Bad examples of humanity, politicians, and people who are abusing the system for their own ends. Be better, do Better.

There is no Deus Ex Machina to save you
The world is still boned. This country is still doing what it does. The politicians are still doing what they do best, shift blame and hog credit. You need to pull yourself out of it. Inflation, war, economic collapse. They are all very real things that are coming. Nobody is going to save you. There is no superhero that will fix the world. You can't fix the world until you fix yourself. There are great people out there, and they will help you help yourself. Find them. Listen to them. Learn from them. Unplug from the socials and reset your mind. It won't be easy, but it is the only way.

Mandate roll backs, gas prices, and the Salt Life
In this episode I will be talking about how and why the country is on the skids. Shocking right? I will touch on the conflict in Ukraine, the pain at the pump, the fact that the same people who spent the last four years saying "not my president" are all of a sudden screaming about "respect for the office." The people invested in the jab and the face diapers are doubling down even though the science is now going against them. They are saying "just because they are saying not to wear the mask any more doesn't mean you should." and other crap like that. It is an approach based in fear and a need to maintain the lies they tied their identities up in. And speaking of tying your identity in a lie, what about living in the Midwest qualifies as part of the "salt life?" Seriously the nearest ocean is something like a thousand miles from here. You are not living the salt life, not that you don't look salty with that stuff all over your truck.

We've been here before
Ok so the Russians actually invaded Ukraine. Wasn't really expecting it to the extent that it happened. But not completely surprised either. War is not a new thing, there has been conflict constantly on this planet basically since the first of our ancestors picked up a rock to club the guy with the better berries. Simply fact of the matter is that this is one of the constants in this world. In this episode I talk a bit about my feelings on the matter, the fact that the armchair generals are coming out to spout about how much this is wrong and how it is affecting THEM. Also why the US has no right to interfere in the matter. Also despite the fact that some people won't want to hear it, there is a set of factors that could have contributed to these actions by the Russian Government. I will talk about that too. And it's not like this was a popular move, even in the case of the general Russian population. We will talk about that too. As much as it bothers me to admit it this is not just a black and white situation. Is attacking people in their homes and killing civilians wrong, of course it is. Do we really hold the moral high ground to be condemning Russia? That isn't as clear, if we are being honest. So why all the vocal outcry and strong words from the hypocrites in office? Follow the money. Our leaders clearly at this point are anything but, and they serve only their own interests, so when a narrative is pushed so hard by every mainstream outlet I can't help but question it. There are a lot of uncomfortable issues that can be discussed because of this, and that's what we are here for.

More from the North and economic crisis
The freedom convoy is still going strong, the government is reacting predictably for a bunch of clowns with aspirations of being a tyranny. They have forgotten about the who "with the consent of the governed" thing and it is really showing. And not just up there. Also the US economy is in trouble, and anyone who tells you differently is lying to you. Period. Nothing clever to go with that. It's just a fact. Truckers. Hippies, and Comedians OH MY!
Another ridiculous week in terms of the government still trying to push the people. People are getting fed up. Fearmongers and statists are threatened, and it shows. The system is trying to stop it. They are sowing more division. They are being called to task. The Fuckery continues. And a dinosaur rises up and attempts to remain relevant, and does it by punching spectacularly above his weight class, apparently nobody bothered to tell him he was irrelevant. Implied acceptance and taking things for granted.
In a lot of ways I encourage people to look at things from my perspective, but I never force it on them. This occasionally has a less than desired effect. Sometime people take it for granted that just because I'm not trying to change their behavior that I automatically accept it as a valid thing, or something I am in support of. I have some thoughts. This is a short episode, it's been a busy week. But there are a few thoughts I've had on looking back at this year. Things are shifting, I think. At least I'm planning on making some moves. You should too.

So there are a lot of people out there screaming about cultural appropriation and it's another case of people wrapping bigotry up under the guise of pride and words they don't understand. Appropriation is not the same as appreciation. And why is everyone that claims to come from a place of acceptance and understanding so opposed to the idea that people can grow and adopt things from other people? Understanding and appreciation are what are going to fix this world. Not telling people what they can or cannot like based on where they are from or what they look like. Also we are going to discuss the new variant, the implications attached to it, and why is anyone still listening to a certain little weasel in a bad hair cut and an expensive suit?

The Rittenhouse Verdict and Self Defense in America.
Self defense is not a racial issue. A white kid shooting three white guys who were attacking him is not a racial issue. A black man getting the charges dropped against him due to self defense is not a racial issue. Yet one is blasted across every social media platform and news outlet and the other got a blurb. One has celebrities and athletes crying out, the other is just a two paragraph report. Shooting at people in your high school after a fight is broken up is not self defense, not a racial issue. And not being covered, other than locally, beyond a blurb. In major metro areas there are kids killing each other practically every weekend for months at a time, but there is no outrage, no marches. no protests. No celebrities trying to preach about the injustice of it all. Families are destroyed every weekend when the weather is hot in big cities, but it's in poor neighborhoods so there are no rallies or cries for justice. It's a byline in a police blotter report. The media doesn't point so the dogs don't bark.

Trial matters, skewed reporting and RFID implants
In this episode I am going to talk about the Rittenhouse trial, some of my thoughts on the case. and how it has been handled by the media. Depending on where you get your news you may be misinformed, greatly misinformed, or fairly annoyed. It is being fanned into more of a fire storm than it actually should be, and it is not by accident. Also I will talk briefly about implantable RFID tags and my thoughts on the matter.

It's all going sideways
It's been quite the week. The dissent is still spreading, and as usual the vocal minority still thinks they speak for everyone. Things are getting FURTHER out of hand and surprise surprise, I have thoughts on the matter. In this episode we are going to talk about more reckless government mismanagement of our money, and why I take issue with things like handing out hundreds of thousands of dollars to people who broke the law, more talk about the dual standard being held for the elite and the rest of us. But there is still hope. Dissent and noncompliance are starting to take hold. And I have heard rumblings of dissention within the ranks on the left too. And a little side note for the people who need to hear it, You can say you are not happy with one person with out endorsing another person. With that being said Lets Go Brandon, and everyone have a good week.

A conversation with the Iceman Part Two
This is the rest of the chat I had with Iceman, the host of Motorcop Chronicles. I hope you enjoy it, and if you like hearing about dumb criminals and the thoughts people have about them go check him out.

A conversation with the Iceman Part One
In this episode I am talking with the Iceman, host of The Motorcop Chronicles. Iceman and I talked about all kinds of stuff, from traffic stops to cocktails, to cooking and commonsense. It was a lot of fun and we went long, like way long. There will be a part two, but this is about the first half. We had a lot of fun talking, and I hope you enjoy listening.

It's called the supply chain
Recently I have heard a lot of people bitching about how capitalism is failing them and whining about product shortages and how the big corporations are screwing the little guy. Here is my problem with that. A LOT of the complaining would go the hell away if people understood basic economics. You can't blame corporations for product shortages when the raw materials (or completed products) are sitting on a cargo ship somewhere waiting to be unloaded because of government interference. I'm getting real sick of people who don't understand what a credit score is trying to tell the country how to fix the economy. Also the morons who think pumping more cash into the system is somehow going to magically create more wealth. Seriously if you don't understand how these things work, it's time to ask someone who does to explain it to you. Not me though, someone with some patience so it doesn't devolve into a yelling match.

Tell me again how unfair it is.
Do you even understand what makes something fair? If so you are in the minority these days. I'm going to rant about what it actually means for something to be fair. As well as some of the things I 'm tired of hearing people call unfair. Particularly when they are "unfair" because of how it is a result of the decisions they made.

Overpopulation, the delta variant, and other thoughts
This one is kind of a chain of thoughts, kind of touching on things I have mentioned before, with a few things that might frost some fannies, but what can you do? And as always if you don't agree with me let me hear it, trust me you aren't going to hurt my feeling. And yes that is singular.

Overbearing parents in youth sports
With summer in full swing there is a return to normalcy that is bringing with it something I feel we can do without. You've all probably heard them at some point, the parent who is overly invested in their youth league athlete and WAY to competitive considering the stakes at hand. But what about the kid? In this episode I discuss the impact this kind of behavior has on children and give my opinion about the whole youth sports thing.

The state of the world and the difference between body positivity and fat advocacy.
A quick summary of a few things I think we need to look at in the world, the United States, and in general. Then I talk about a rabbit hole I fell down that quickly went from something I thought I would be on board with to some of the most ridiculous whining entitlement I've come across in a while now. I am all for body positivity, mental and physical health. Then there are fat advocates. They are an entirely different matter. There is acceptance and understanding and there is delusion and excuses, guess where I think this falls.

How Many times does this have to happen before we start the uncomfortable conversations?
Another officer involved shooting. Another tragedy. Another "mass shooting." This one hit close to home for me. I had family that was there. Was it someone snapping or a beef between individuals with no consideration for bystanders? They are not saying yet. Now is not the time to push agendas. Now is not the time to keep driving a divide deeper into this country. This is not a time to try and push your beliefs onto others, in case you haven't noticed by now that doesn't work. We need to look at the root of the problems, not the symptoms. We need to be aware of how this will be used to drive policies and plans with out actually fixing anything. Also, in a lighter note I answer some Q & A questions after the break. Being serious all the time is unhealthy.

Manly Men and Morons

Toxic Masculinity and The Holidays
In this episode I take a run at something that came up this past week, and kind of set me off. Black Friday
Food comas, and mass consumerism. What else can we talk about the day after we show how thankful we are for everything by gorging ourselves and passing out. It is such a little thing with such a big impact, and it's pretty shitty that it is not as common as it should be. So I am going to talk about that, and about what I think we all need to do after the dust settles. This stuff needs to be said. We need to do better, we need to act better, we need to focus on what is really important.

Arguing on the internet and how to do it right.
You've done it, I've done it too, we're all guilty of it. The free exchange of ideas is a fantastic concept. In this episode I discuss what we got instead, and some of the ways I think we can address it. Some of the things we need to do to deal with each other, and our selves.

The one chip challenge
I did the Paqui one chip challenge over the past weekend with my buddy Mike. We recorded it on his live stream, the link will be at the bottom of these notes. So doing this viral challenge thing got me thinking about viral challenges and the mentality behind them, and what is here is my thoughts on the matter. And for what it's worth this was my very first viral anything for an internet thing, so there is that. anyway if you decide to watch the video be warned, we went the distance so it is a lengthy one, but the good stuff is from about the six minute mark to about the 25 minute mark.

It's all about respect
In this episode I discuss a disturbing trend in our world today about both the massive desire for and complete lack of understanding of respect. Everyone wants it, a lot of us aren't all that great at giving it out. A few thoughts on the hows and whys of the issue and my personal stance on the matter. And the usual stuff to go with it. Thanks for listening, please hit me up with any feedback you may have.

I actually recorded this one a little while ago, but after watching the first debate I decided to post it while I sort out my thoughts on what I just subjected myself to. #debate2020

Moving out - Volume 2
Ok so it's time to look at a few things to consider when you are looking for your first place. Things to physical look for and at in your new place. Things to consider that will make you life a little easier down the line.

Cooking, It will be a thing.
In this episode I am basically laying out what I am planning for a future regular segment about cooking. A little bit of an overview about preparing meals at home for yourself and others. The following episodes in this theme will contain everything from step by step instruction in cooking techniques to recipes, tips, and shopping advice. I will be having guests to talk about cooking and food in general.

Trigger Warning
This is my thoughts on the phenomenon of trigger warnings. This is the only time you will see the phrase in relation to anything I am posting.

What's this all about
A brief look at what I was thinking when I started this podcast. Kind of a what am I looking to do and why sort of a thing. As always please feel free to reach out to me with your thoughts.

Woke White People
This one may twist a few knickers, but the podcast isn't called what I SHOULD say.
