Author Chat: Star Singletary
His Battle, Her Love by Star Singletary
My life here in New York is somewhat awesome and somewhat terrible. The reason for the bad part is I miss Rose so much. Every damn time I turn around she’s on my brain like a tumor. She’s on my mind when I go to sleep and when I wake up, but it's my fault. I should’ve just been honest about everything and just maybe Rose will still be with me right now. I hurt her to the point she ignores my phone calls, text messages, and she doesn’t write me back. I love that woman with all my heart but she can’t see that because all she sees is me having sex with different women, including her friend that I slept with. On the other hand, I’ve made quite the name for myself here in New York the ladies like me, but I don’t do anything sexual with them. I just suggest some ideas to them on how to spice their relationships or marriages up, I take some on dates, and I even teach some of the women self-love. You guys, I wish I could get Rose out of my head… Lord Help me move on... show me a sign...

Author Chat: Dear Sis..
Dear Sis . . . part memoir, part self-help guide, and journal for adolescent to teenage girls. I take you on the journey of my life, my messy experiences from middle school through young adulthood that helped shape who I am today, while giving you the opportunity to self-reflect on your own journey to self-discovery.
This book allows young ladies to understand and know that they are not alone and that quite often we all share the same stories. Each chapter provides pertinent lessons I learned along the way ending with thought provoking questions to get the wheels turning on how you want to show up in the world. It is my hope and prayer that you are empowered to be yourself completely without shame or guilt after reading.

This is my ninth book. Titan has it all. Fame. Money. Family. Drugs. Women. Greed. He’s been in a poly relationship with Sasha and Jackie since the three of them were in high school. It’s the only serious relationship he’s ever had…except for the one he currently has with Willow, a married woman who has his child. Titan’s top priority is to bring his two families together. That becomes troublesome when his secrets come to light. Sasha is all about her family. Making sure everyone is happy is all she cares about, so much so that she doesn’t see things for what they really are the way Jackie does. With Jackie at risk of going to prison and Titan’s actions crumbling what was once Sasha’s world, will she come out standing or lose herself in the chaos? Jackie is strong and independent. She loves hard and will do whatever it takes to protect her family. This includes executing her own brand of justice on those who do her loved ones wrong. What happens when the one doing the wrong is a loved one? Can she let it go or will it push her to go too far?

Love on Thin Ice: Exposed

Live Love Learn: With an Open Heart by Teriece Cherell
Nothing and no one can exist alone in the world. Relationships are the greatest lessons and blessings in our lives, whether good or bad. Teriece Cherell teaches us that relationships are critical and necessary to our existence and development as successful, loving, and happy human beings. In this self-help, inspirational book, the author addresses several of the most common elements for fostering healthy, successful relationships and how it contributes to our overall success and growth as individuals. She uses touching personal stories that create laughter, tears and even self-evaluation and reflection. She teaches readers that relationships take on many forms: familial, romantic, casual, platonic or professional. Whatever the form, relationships should be healthy, loving, and mutually beneficial to all parties involved. While all relationships are not created equally, each one has the power to teach us about ourselves, life, and how to deal with others.
