with Renee Marsden

episode 08: i love the way you use humor to help heal Lyme
Christa Nannos is an actor, author, health & life coach and Lyme advocate. Christa became ill after a mission trip to Guatemala in 2009 and saw over 20 specialists for 10 years before getting correctly diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2020. She silently suffered for over a decade but is no longer silent. Christa has finished most of her medical treatments, but has learned that healing is not linear, nor is it only physical. She believes one must address the mind, body, and spirit when healing from chronic illness. Christa is currently working on her limbic system to rewire her brain, address trauma, and keep up with parasite maintenance, but is thrilled to be living her life again
Christa wrote the Best-Selling Lyme book, “Tick Tock, It’s LYME O’clock” and is making it a mission in her life to help people reclaim their health and happiness. Her book is written from the perspective of a warrior for a warrior as well as anyone wanting to be an ally. She became a certified Health and Life coach and launched her own business called Ignite Coaching with Christa, and now helps other people suffering from Lyme disease get their life back too.

episode 06: i love the way you care for others by gifting them care packages
Claire Dalton is a farmer and the founder of a non-profit organization called The Chronically Care Project that sends care packages to those who are chronically ill and disabled all over the U.S.
She started The Chronically Care Project in 2018 after coming to the realization that one of the hardest parts of being chronically ill is the isolation and loneliness. Due to all of her time at home, Claire spent many of her hours while sick crafting for fun to give her a break from only thinking about illness. She was then able to turn around that skill and use it to make handmade items to include in care packages. She wants everyone that receives to know how loved they are and how they are never alone through their chronic illness journey.

episode 03: i love the way you see lyme as a gift
My favorite type of bean is Samantha Bean. Samantha is one the original supporter and friend of i love the way you lyme! Her story of pushing through the pain and symptoms to continue her passions in life as a photographer, wife and mother are truly inspiring. I loved getting to dig down on a deeper level with her in this episode while learning how she finds joy and lessons in her Lyme journey.
