012 Lachlan Learg - The red hoodie: CrossFit seminar staff
What is up team, welcome back to the IWE podcast! On todays episode, I have with me Lachlan Learg. Lachlan is a CCFT - Level 3, CF HQ Seminar staff and owner of red city gyms in Dubbo and Orange, NSW, Australia. Grab a coffee and sit back as we talk coaching, scaling, business development and all the rest. Enjoy!

011 Cory McNaught - Let me tell you about the time I was kidnapped
What is up team, welcome back to the IWE Podcast. On todays episode, I have my mate Cory on with me. Cory is here today to share a very unique experience which has had tremendous impact on his life. I won't go in to detail on the story or events, just have a listen. For me; the main take away of this is men's mental health and having the courage to be open about the struggles you face regardless of them being internal/external. As men, we're not encouraged to open ourselves up to discord on such topics, maybe this isn't the way though. Typically we open ourselves up to addictions and other destructive behaviors as a result of bottling things up... let it out. Take todays episode as a PSA to reach out to anyone that you think needs it, or in turn speak up yourself.

010 Kyra Bryant - From classical ballet to Hero WoDs
What is up team, welcome to episode 010 of the IWE Podcast. Today, I have Coach Kyra from Badger Health and Fitness with me. Kyra is an awesome CrossFit coach, with a wealth of experience in classical ballet and contemporary dance. During our conversation we dive into her transition from competitive dancer to CrossFit athlete and coach, the lessons that she's learned from both and how she imparts that knowledge upon the general population of the CrossFit community. We touch on many important topics such as the idea of "deep health", self image in sport, personal progression and many others. On top of all that, she's a top tier individual, and great banter. Enjoy!

009 The Fasted Ruck - Understanding your capabilities
What is up team, welcome back! Join myself and the man, Tom Wayman as we de-brief on the fasted ruck challenge. Just this past weekend, Tom and myself set out to tackle the fasted ruck recently performed by Dave Castro and Thomas DeLauer. We took 15kg backpacks up into the port hills of Christchurch, marching 54km with them all on zero food, in the end we had fasted for 24hrs after spending a solid 12 of those hours on our feet with the packs. This was a great test of personal resilience, both physically and mentally, while I'd be apprehensive about doing it again, I'm thankful for the lessons learned and the greater understanding I have of myself. Check it out!
