Coach's Corner E2 - Creating Life from the "Inside-Out"
In this episode of Coach's Corner I'm joined by my fellow coaches Dan Jimenez and Laura Grant to discuss creating reality and life from the "inside-out," our own standards, dreams, and wants. Much of how we operate is a result of our programming that started from an early age and reinforced by life experiences. We are unconsciously driven by old voices, messages from our parents and society, and our own experiences with failure, trauma, and success. How do decipher where this "inner voice" and decision making process comes from? How can we create life from our own internal drivers versus external ones? How can we listen to our intuition? We finish the conversation by looking at a case study of a real client who struggles with uncertainty and fear of the unknown and how you can overcome that and live with more confidence and excitement of what the future holds.

How to Manage Fear as the Greatest Version of You
When people consider personal development, self-help, growth, transformation, one of the problems that they have – and it’s not taught by very many teachers – is a very simple notion:
If you believe that there is an obstacle or a challenge, or something that’s holding you back, and you’re reading books and going to seminars, and buying audio books, hoping that you’re going to solve the problem; there is a very interesting phenomena when you focus on and begin to create a breakthrough to the solution, when you actually succeed and get what you want.
The truth is, as the Greatest Version of You(GVOY)… fear and anxiety and uncertainty shoot off the charts! And normally, most people not only struggle with this, but the gamut of emotions are enormous and challenging… considering that all of your previous strategies were designed to lower fear, anxiety, and negative emotional stresses.
And for you to be the GVOY… you MUST understand and FEEL… this enormity! You must understand how to manage this fear differently and more effectively.
Greatness is about setting standards and pushing boundaries
Is "greatness" hard or easy? What happens when you really push your boundaries and potential?

- What is Greatness, and what does it mean for you?
- Is Greatness hard or is it easy?
- What tools support your "legend" being made?
- How do you make a quantum leap from where you're at now to this legendary vision of you in the future?
Why Complacency is Your Worst Enemy
Are you striving for more? Are you demanding and pushing yourself to grow each and every day? This is the key to Greatness. When you become complacent, there's little motivation to change, and it is the very thing that prevents you from having more in life.
This episode is about why you should absolutely eliminate complacency and what you must focus on to do so.

Your ability to monitor your emotions, as well as others, and use them to guide your thinking and behavior is where you will find immense power.

Last week we talked about the Law of Attraction(LOA) - what it is, how it works, and how to use it to your advantage to manifest your goals and dreams. In this episode, we give you two enhancements to the LOA: the Art of Allowing and the Science of Deliberate Creation.

The Quality of Your Questions Drives the Quality of Your Life
One of the most powerful things you can do to change the quality of your life is to change the quality of the questions that you ask.
Just like a computer program, we constantly ask ourselves a "primary" question, and a series of questions to follow, in a logical order, that allow us to process life and our experiences.
You will notice that you ask this question or constellation of questions across many contexts and in many cases. This question may not really be resourceful or as empowering as we need it to be.
In this episode, we cover a tool for identifying what this question is for you, and how to design a new question that is empowering and resourceful!
How to Create Passion, Excitement, and Motivation for Your Goals

Why SMART Goals Aren't Effective for Most
I talk about some of the latest research on how elite athletes and top performers set their goals, which actually challenges the conventional SMART format. (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Time based)

I give you my take on this new research and why it may not be totally accurate and why this new method of "open goals" can be problematic. And, I give you our solution for making this a great strategy for pursuing your goals and resolutions this year.

Why Most New Year's Resolutions Fail, and What to Do Instead
Chances are you have failed with your New Year's Resolutions in the past. Maybe you have even stopped making them because what's the point anyway? Well, you're not alone... Studies have shown that 60% of people create resolutions, but only about 10% actually make them happen. Why do so many people have a tough time with keeping their resolutions? This episode covers the top ten reasons why, and what you MUST do to ensure your success this year! And, these ten things apply to all goals, not just resolutions...
