The iPhoneography Podcast - an iPhone Photography Show

It’s the final episode in our Picture Perfect series and I do apologize for the length of this one but there was a lot to cover and we had Mike James from the Smartphone Photography Club with us. I knew Mike was the only one who could join us for this episode because he has a wealth of knowledge that is sure to help anyone develop their own photographic style. Dave brings up an important PSA about the new titanium iPhone 15 Pros and who knew he has two engineering degrees? I sure didn’t. Also, who’s getting a new iPhone?

Each week we’ll have a topic to discuss where we’ll look at a photo that illustrates each point we’re making. During this series we won’t be doing Our Recent Photos but the images you’ll see in your favourite podcast player - if it supports it - and on the website will be taken within two weeks of each topic. On this special episode I sit down with Rick Sammon, creator of The Explorers of Life Facebook Group. Rick is a professional photographer who does travel photography with his iPhone and is also an instructor at Kelby One. Oh, and he plays the guitar a lot too.  

This is a very condensed episode due to the lack of equipment normally used to produce the show. Dave is recuperating from a half marathon, I talk about a very large iPhone print and give some insight into what we have coming up in future episodes.

What is all this talk lately about the Samsung Galaxy phones and their “fake” moon shots? Are they really fake? Dave and I put in our two cents worth on this debate. Plus we get back to Our Recent Photos and, when great minds think alike, we talk about the yellow iPhone.
