DeVonne and Chris themselves say they would have been talking to us as a divorced couple if they didn't give their relationship to God and watch Him do wonders. This week our guest Jonathan, host of the Between the Before and After Podcast, shares his love story. His love story sounds like something straight out of a movie. It has all the elements of a rom com and had Mo and Elle cheesing while listening. Even with a movie moment set up challenges arise in marriage. Listen to how Jonathan shares how he and his wife got through challenging times together and being there for each other even when you don't feel like it. Seventeen years in the game so far and counting.

We are joined by Peyton, author of Not So By Myself, who shares her story with us. This season we have had quite the number of fast timelines and her story will be added to that collection. Is a person's looks enough to jump into a whirlwind relationships with? Peyton also shares how supporting your spouse is a very important component of marriage. But what about when your spouse is wanting to make a career change that will have a major impact on the day to day of "normal" life. Peyton opens up and shares how she navigates OCD and how at one point it did affect her marriage.

This week we are joined by Harvey and Karese from the Love Is Black Podcast. We start off trying to figure out which baked goods is an essential part of their origin story so many years ago. He has been through a divorce and a broken engagement and shares some advice on how he has moved on and learned a few things from those times in his life. We also discuss what is considered a date. Ruben's definition of what makes a date has us questioning if we need to rethink our idea of dating.
