The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline was released across America in the middle of July. This Lifeline is a United States-based suicide prevention network of over 160 crisis centers that provides 24/7 service via a toll-free hotline with the number 9-8-8. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
With the release of this lifeline, Megan and Laura spend some time talking about the heavy issue of suicide. The goal of this episode is to bring light to this lifeline and talk about the realities of suicide across our world or nation.
