As you look closely at areas in your lives that have caused you to be depressed. Yes, it's normal to be sad, upset, angry, disappointment, unhappy about our situations, and feel low as we experience tests and trials. It's not okay to live in that place. It's time to change positions, get up, go open your door and tell depression to go and do not allow it to come back.

What life events have caused you to be in a depressed position?

Identify some areas where you have allowed people to create blank spaces in your life?

When you left their company how did you feel?

When do you isolate yourself?

What stress are you putting on your body?

Are you getting sufficient rest?

Take care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally. Ask for help and don't isolate yourself.
