#123: Every waking moment of my life is sheer torture (with Jordan Hirsch)

Jordan's back to chat about good and bad coaching clients, dealing with ADHD, having fish, going gray, and making phones as boring as possible.

Jace says (over and over and over) that Erik could learn to spell if he tried. Erik finally gets mad, which is an emotion we didn't believe was capable of having. Lots of other stuff, I dunno, who cares.

#107: My decor style is sperm (with Seraphina Orsini)

"It's listed under neo-traditional, or possibly coastal."

Seraphina is a Staff Engineer at Wayfair and one of Critter's former direct reports and current favorite people. After like 20 minutes of truly amateur technical difficulties (which we cut out), we kinda-sorta got it together although Jace had to use his built-in mic so he sounds kinda trash. We talked about all kinds of stuff - therapy, cursing, alcohol, and why Critter needs to be better than everyone.

P.S. Skipping episode #106 because the audio saved weird and would have taken a ton of editing, and anyways it's just Jace calling Critter a bad visionary for an hour.

#86: Critter's 1-1 coaching session with Jordan Hirsch (and no Jace)

***You can find/hire Jordan at https://jordanhirschcoaching.com/***

Jordan joined us in episode #69 to talk about life and career coaching, and this time he came on to graciously give Critter a real life live coaching session. Thanks Jordan, that was fantastic!

Notes from Jordan:

--------------

Big shoutout to Daniel Stillman who taught me the concept of "arriving mentally where you are physically" (and many other things!) and Robert Ellis, who taught me about A to B-prime and the importance of questing.

#69: The reluctant coach (with Jordan Hirsch)

Jordan is a life and career coach at https://jordanhirschcoaching.com/ and the Director of Training & Facilitation at Phase2 Technology. We talked about coaching vs. therapy, the power of metaphors, imposter syndrome with being a coach, what a typical coaching session looks like, and lots more. Super fun and fascinating chat!
