#128: Raise Your Glass With Righteous Jolly

This episode, friend of the Garage, Righteous Jolly, returns to talk about his new album, "What's In A Name," and so much more! Tune in to hear stories behind the music, our mutual lifelong affection for Wawa, and what the heck is with the mannequin in Righteous' basement? Plus, Steve gets rid of a potbelly stove, Righteous tells a story involving a couch, and Chrissie explains the origins of Jenkintown! Then, we somehow end up in an impromptu "7 Wonders of Jenkintown" watch-along before we wrap things up with a couple of rounds of "A Game Called Something." This is another episode best experienced in video format!

#127: The End of the JAG? Steve Reacts to "The 7 Wonders of Jenkintown"

Steve is solo this episode as Chrissie is busy building JDA 3.0! It's the end of an era. We are saying goodbye to the physical location of the Garage (as well as Jenkintown Dance Arts) by watching and reacting to our most popular video, "The 7 Wonders of Jenkintown (According to Chrissie)." Learn behind-the-scenes secrets about the giant stage, the PIC19046 chair, our favorite sandwich, and more! This was fun to record and we hope it'll be fun to watch or listen to. A link to the video is below so you can watch it without Steve's commentary!

#122: Across The Spider-Verse Movie Review

JAG Cast | Episode #122

This week, Chrissie & Steve see a movie! At the time this is published, Chrissie is on vacation, but before she left, the PIC recorded this review of the latest Spider-Verse movie after seeing it at Jenkintown's own Hiway Theater. Steve didn't hate it, but didn't really like it that much either and it made him temporarily color blind. Chrissie really liked Spider-Punk and the hip-hop music. Both thought the movie was two pee breaks too long. But, Gwen fighting in ballet shoes almost made the whole thing worth it. Minor spoilers!

#120: Making Art on an iPad With Kotaro Fujita

JAG Cast | Episode 120

The PIC are back and the pod gets a new name! We welcome returning friend of the show, Kotaro Fujita to this inaugural JAG Cast to talk about creating digital art, especially with iPads. Learn about Kotaro's journey to become the amazing app designer/developer he is today. There is some fun reminiscing about app design trends, the original Sim City game, and the early days of the iPad. The discussion then goes in more depth on specific tools that can be used to create static art, animation, and even get something into the App Store. Don't miss the links this week! Finally and expectedly, a rousing A Game Called Something goes off the rails with tangents about identifying the nature of Grimace the purple McDonald's mascot as well as unironically using the phrase, "touching grass." We're getting better at this video thing! I think.

#115: Glowing in Timeless Places With Tammy Tuckey

This week, the PIC are joined by singer, actor, dancer, and podcaster, Tammy Tuckey to discuss all things Disney and more! But first, Steve is confused by the orchestra, everyone is bummed by the sad state of Chuck-E-Cheese, and no one really believes Avatar is popular. Tammy shares how she managed to make not one, but two cover albums of Disney tunes and recounts a magical experience with Peter Pan. Steve laments that Disney is a poor steward of Star Wars, but everyone agrees the parks are pretty cool. Then, in a rousing A Game Called Something, we learn what crocodile tastes like and that Chrissie really loves boots! All that and more...LIVE from the 19046!
