Week20, Wednesday. Ford looking at a new low, maybe, maybe not.

Week20,Tuesday. Baxter made the list for the first time.

Week20,Monday. Ford is looking good only because they normally move to the upside this time of year historically speaking.

Week19,Friday. One account moving over to mini hedge fund, something new!

Week19,Thursday. All positions are just about gone, living over to incubator fund

Week18,Saturday. I hate it when big companies buy out smaller ones and the people who got them there get penalized.

Week18,Monday. Chevron is big player after selling off a bunch of covered call options.

Week17,Friday. Sold off KR AIG and rod. Another good week

Week17,Thursday. Three out of ten positions in the money. Going to have to carry seven over the weekend. Not ideal, but got dividends coming up.

Week17,Wednesday. Visa looks great but I need a solid bottom before buying in.

Week17, Tuesday, I like the numbers of this one, too bad I’m all in at the moment.

Week17, Monday. Kroger made the list today. 2% last week, doing just fine

Week16, Friday. Every account was profitable this week. Only one buy out, AIG, going to carry over all others to next week.

Week16, Thursday. Someone bought my CL so I need a quick profit and F and GM are right up my alley.

Week16, Wednesday. City group has some really nice numbers, the stock price is half of the book value. That should give you some indication on whether or not this is a good buy.

Week16, Tuesday. Wells Fargo and Intel got my attention this morning the numbers look good and I actually bought some Wells Fargo.

Week16, Monday. I just Apple and fits, easy couple trades

Week15, Friday. Life happens and if you are not distracted this won’t happen to you.

Week15, Thursday. Only got one to keep an eye for fridays option expiration

Week15, Tuesday. Citi group looks great by the numbers.

Week15, Monday. Love my Ford stock, great play for safe return.

Week14, Friday. BAC held the line and I grabbed very small profit. Not a loss but missed my target.

Week14, Wednesday. Mid week, not much going on

Week14, Monday. I always pick Lowe’s at the beginning of every quarter and why should today be any different.

Week13, Tuesday. I live it with everything moves along nicely

Week13, Wednesday. It may be boring but I’m getting my one percent weekly, the market can do whatever it wants.

Week13,Monday. 1.65% last week, makes up for my short fall previous week. But all is good.

Week12, Friday. Made my goal and that always make me smile

Week12, Thursday. Rita’s got the better of me the past couple of weeks but as of today no more I’m doing just fine without it.

Week12, Tuesday. I just love MasterCard also unfortunately it’s a little bit out of my price range.

Week12, Monday. .65 last week. Didn’t lose like many Americans, moving forward is always a good thing.

Week11, Friday. I’m not losing any and that’s fine by me.

Week11, Tuesday. Yep I got Bank of America. Glad it didn’t go down too far yesterday. At least I’m still profitable for the week.

Week11, Monday. Got to make up for last week but not too risky.

Week10, Friday. It had to happen sometime, not everyone wins all the time.

Week10, Thursday. I know I have been saying this for a while, but I love spread trades until they go against me.

Week10, Wednesday. One new play to help bump up my ROI

Week10, Tuesday. BBY has a nice Return on spread even though I’m limiting my spread trades.

Week10, Monday. 3.8% last week, not normal but I’ll take it. ZIM has an outrageous Dividend coming. Definitely need to look deep into that tomorrow.

Week9, Friday. Love it when things work out good. ALB turned around and gave me a great ROI.

Week9, Thursday. Spreads don’t always go the way you want.

Week9, Wednesday. ALB could give some nice money for me this week.

Week9, Tuesday. ALB is a new comer to my portfolio, numbers looked good so why not?

Week9, Monday. 1.74% for week 8, moving along nicely and way above average.

Week8, Friday. BAC did come thru, bought back the option at discount and made a nice weekly profit.

Week8, Thursday. Having too much of any one stock can be a double edged sword. Yeah, nice profit potential, but can also bite you in the butt.

Week8, Wednesday. 3 strong picks for the next few weeks.

Week8, Tuesday. KHC has got the dividend coming up and looks good

Week5, Tuesday. Both Chevron and Kroger have me a quick one day profit. In and out in one day.

Week5, Monday. MMM came in with my goal of 1% ROI in one fell swoop. Got a few more positions to maybe break 2% ROI this week.

Week4, Saturday. Ford is gone and Visa too. Thanks for the gumball Mickey!

Week4, Wednesday. IBM has some nice numbers and a dividend coming up in two weeks.

Week4, Monday. Visa is just one of those companies that always ends up as a buy.

Week3, Saturday. 1.6% this week and here I thought my INTC trade was going to the dogs.

Week3, Friday. All said and done, Apple’s gone and carrying Ford and Intel into next week.

Week3, Thursday. Just taking a look at the position and see where we stand for tomorrow options expiration.

Week3 Wednesday, Intel on the list today numbers look good seasonality looks great even though they lost 50% the valuation from 52 weeks ago. The numbers look good today.

Week3, Tuesday. Of course Apple is on my list, anytime AAPL pops up it’s a buy. usually by without too many questions being asked.

Week2, Sunday. Total for the second week if the first quarter, over 2% ROI

Week2 Friday, nice return for the week, will know exact number sometime Sunday.

Week2 Monday, Can’t think of a better way starting off the new year 1.49% first week 2.8 today and we’re just getting started

Week1, Friday. Caterpillar and Lowe’s made my first week of the year profitable one.

Week1, Thursday. Taking advantage of price fluctuation pump up my returns another one percent.

Week1 Wednesday, CAT, Caterpillar looks pretty good bouncing off of the bottom of the 190 area and we picked up .8% today on caterpillar

Week1.2 Tuesday, sold off the options for someone to buy lowes for the same price I paid. Made 1%+ on first trade of the week.

Week1, Tuesday.#1. Lowes is always my first trade of the year. Dividend king extraordinaire can’t really go wrong with these guys.

Week52, Friday. Ending up the year with us 49 wins and three losses. I think I’m pretty much happy with that.

Week52 Thursday, I only have one stock that I need to keep my eye on this week. Everything else is going smoothly.

Week52, Wednesday. Most stocks are still trending down. A quick spread for two days and 25% ROI, looks good today.

Week 52, Tuesday. Comcast is bouncing off the bottom and moving nicely just like it does every year at this time of year.

Week 51, Friday. When I could turn a profit in a down market I’m perfectly happy with my one percent per week.

Week 51, Wednesday. This does happen sometimes where the trades that are available just don’t look that appetizing.

Week 51 Tuesday, Just one of those days where nothing looks too thrilling.

Week 51, Tuesday. I’m liking the way Comcast numbers are looking. Searching for a good play today?

Week 51, Monday. MasterCard’s numbers all look good but just go to find the bottom. No, I didn’t mean it to sound that way.

Week 50, Friday. 47 weeks I made more than 1% per week. I only missed three weeks this year so far I got two weeks left to go, wish me luck!

Week 50, Thursday. If everything is down or shall I say most of my stocks are all down. Why am I continuing making over one percent per week?

Week 50, Wednesday. NUE looks good

Week 50 Tuesday, MDLZ simple easy play for a 1% weekly return.

Week 48 Friday. 18 trades this week and we walk away 4.3% safely with almost no risk

Week 48 Wednesday. VFC numbers look good and the ex-date is Friday, always good to collect dividends before the weekend.

Week 48 Tuesday. STX is simple easy trade, I don’t mind holding it for a while, collect some premiums and dividends.

Week 48 Monday. Covered called with MDT and GE. The numbers just looked good.

Week 47, Friday. I just love debit spreads, so profitable but I still need to use caution. Remember I did get caught three times this year on wrong side of a spread trade.

Week 47 Friday part 1, a calendar spread is very similar to a covered call but the ROI is much higher, as the risk increases.

Week 47 Thursday, Crazy ford trade for 41% ROI for two days.

Week 48 Tuesday, five weeks left til end of year. How you doing?

Week 47, Monday. Two good trades today, already over my 1% goal.

Week 47, Friday. Options expire today and I got to wait til tomorrow for settlement. I got over 3% this week.

Week 47, Wednesday. FDX is looking ripe for a good return.

Week 45,Tuesday. FDX has some lovely numbers to share. Why even question it?

Week 46, Monday. 1.8% in covered calls and still have more money to invest for the week

Week 45 Friday. Morning version everything’s looking great don’t forget to check the afternoon version a little bit later as we see how the options play out.

Week 45, Thursday. The numbers are looking good for UPS. Even though the stock should be flat for the rest of the year, a sideways trend is great for a vertical spread.

Week 45, Tuesday. Bank of America peaked yesterday and I missed it.

Week 46, Monday BAC, all the numbers look good.

Week 45, Friday close of day. Kale went up in price but I had to buy the option back and ended up losing a bit but Ford jumped quite a bit made lots of money off of that one so I am well above my one percent again this week.

Week 45, Friday. F has proven to be very profitable if you make the right plays.

Week 45, Wednesday. Walgreens looks like a good candidate today for a triple play

Week 44, Monday, North west may be the top of the list but it is a monthly optional stock not quite what I’m looking for buddy it does have a nice appeal

Week 42 , Friday, Six positions and two spreads got me a nice 2.7% return for the week.

Week 41, Thursday, Looking like we’re going to make well over 3% this week and that makes me a happy camper kind of makes up for the lower return last week.

Week 41, Wednesday, Great spread trade for Intel for a 33% ROI

Week 41, Tuesday, All the Dividend Kings this week are monthly so I don’t do those so now I have to look at something a little bit different. I’m taking a look at what Warren Buffett has.

Week 42, Monday, Great start for the week. Gotta make up for last weeks weak returns.

Week 40, Friday, Both Coca-Cola and Pepsi failed me this week. Causing me to buy back both option positions. With the buybacks, I only profited .3%, Just a bit under 300 bucks. But still profitable

Week 40, Thursday, Getting down to the wire covered calls are getting a little tight and a down market is making a little challenging to my targets.

Week 40, Tuesday, looking at all the numbers see Alex is my best choice for the day

Week 39, Friday, all open options expire worthless, I get to collect 1.5% in just premiums from covered calls on my positions. Let’s do it again next week.

Week 39, Thursday, NEM covered call gave me 1.1% by itself this week.

Week 39, Tuesday, HRL made my quota, not a huge amount but I’m only looking for a small move.

Week 39, Monday, three dividend kings to start out the forth quarter.

Week 38, Friday, collected five premiums and two dividends for a return of 1.55%.

Week 38, Thursday, 5 premiums and two dividends put me well over 1% third week.

Week 38, Wednesday, not much but covered calls so far this week

Week 38, Monday. Carried over all same positions from last week. 1.04% last week with only premiums, no dividends.

Week 37, Friday, Every position Will be carried over till Monday.

Week 37, Thursday. Looking at nothing but covered calls this week. Everything is down so there is no plays available.

Week 37, Tuesday, nothing but covered calls this week. Still made my 1% even in this down market.

Week 38, Monday covered calls for everyone. 1.4% so far and ran out of money.

Week 37, Friday. All positions are down but but my 1% return is still on mark and that’s the main purpose of investing for weekly cash flow

Week 37, Thursday. Well over 2% on Tuesday. I’m going to coast and not do much trading rest of the week.

Week 37, Wednesday. Well over my goal for the week even though market tanked.

Week 37, Tuesday. I’m looking at over 2% already and the week has just started.

NFG… yes or no? Week 37, only missed hitting my target 3 times so far this year.

Week 36, looking to hit my 1% goals again. Missed it 3 times this year so far.

Week 35, Thursday 9-1-22. VFC could payout a smidge over 50% if it doesn’t move at all or goes up.

Week 35, Thursday 9-1-22 Shooten for 2.1% this week. Everything looks good so far. Looking at some spreads tomorrow.

Week 35, Wednesday 5 positions and no dividends this week. Just premiums, 2.17% possible this week. And we got a few more days to make another play or two.

Week 35, 3.4% last week even after the market tanked and we lost money on a couple of positions still made out with 3.4%

Week 33, Grabbed some LLY divs and a nice premium.

Week 34, LLY pays out divi and JNJ makes this week happy.

Week 33, Tuesday 8-16-22 SCL was an in n out Monday, thanks for the gum ball mickey😁.

Week 33, Monday 8-15-22. 6 divided kings and one carry over from last week. 1.48% last week. Plus I collect $850 dividend payment from LLY this week.

Week 32, on target for my 1% this week. Looks like only one stock will carry over to next week.

Everything looks good for this, Thursday’s have one or two good plays. Not this week.

Week 32, moving forward even with the margin call hanging over my head.

Week 32, still elating off that margin call but still made my 1% this week.

Week 31, not sure how this will play out if I keep these stocks and just keep selling calls against my position.

Week 31, only got two positions and one margin call. Hey, it happens but as long as I keep an eye on it, it will be fine.

Week 31, last week I did 4.39% for the week, totally out of character but I’ll take it. This week is going to be different but still want that 1%roi.

Week 28, everything looking good, Thursday is alway a slow, not much happening kind of day.

Week 26, 1.7% this week, made up partially for the loss last week. Going to carry three positions into next week. Third quarter here we come.

Week 26, Short and to the point. Got one position to keep an eye on. Could be a winning week.

Week 26, Wednesday and Thursday are usually very slow and not much going on. Everything looks like we are on track, MO looks like no option buyers for a decent ROI this week.

Week 26, 1.7% is looking attainable this week. Got a few more to look at today but quiet rest of the week.

Week #26. Took small loss last week but aiming for 1.7% this week. Doesn’t cover the loss, but closes the gap. 22 wins- 3 losses

Week 25, Took a small loss on KO, broke even with BK. 22 weeks of more than 1% ROI, 2 weeks less than 1%, this week was a loss of $2500. Got to pay the fiddler at some point.

Every position is down from where I bought in, so what’s the play to create some cash flow this week?

Options expire today, made $1001 or tiny bit over my 1% weekly goal.

Week 24, everything is profitable in a down market.

Week 24, 5 positions all look good. Few good plays I had to pass on.

All my positions are down, but I’m pretty close to my weekly target. Add in some dividends and I might make my goal.

Missed my mark after a couple spreads went wrong way. Only made .8% this week. But, hey... it’s free money, kinda.

One possible position to keep an eye on tomorrow, weekly options end on Fridays.

Got to spots to be eyeballing this week, other then that... All’s good.
