WVADE Executive Director, Jason Bailey, discusses working and living with Cystic Fibrosis with Luke Bailey, who has held positions throughout his life ranging from Regional Manager for a durable medical supply company, Respiratory Therapist at several hospitals, and the Best Drive Thru Worker Ever at Hardee's.
This episode is special as Luke is WVADE's Executive Director's Brother. Listen as they talk about the barriers to employment Luke overcame throughout his employment journey. As well as the resources that were available at the beginning of his journey.

Eric McClain, a Case Manager/Behavior Support Professional with SW Resources discusses how he has overcame his disability to find a vocation that allows him to help others with disability diagnoses obtain vocational training and ultimately job placement.
Also, a feature on WV Jobs and Hope discussing their new employee reimbursement program that allows organizations that hire their participants the ability to be reimbursed up to 1040 hours (excluding vacation/sick time, benefits, etc) or up to $25,000.00 per participant hired.
