Presently, Lara is the sole owner/operator of Bivouac Ciderworks with a taproom and restaurant in the heart of North Park.
Lara’s story is a great example of taking advantage of an unexpected opportunity by pivoting. On behalf of all Bivouac Cider drinkers, we are thankful that Lara decided to NEVER SETTLE and embraced her adventure!
